Ordered pick up online. Doors were locked, when OPEN sign was clearly on. So I called and was simply instructed to pull in the drive through. Meet an employee at who had an attitude at the window as if I did not just get off the phone with them 5 seconds ago telling them I’d arrived for a pickup order. Food was just as disgusting as attitude given to me.

Wow!!!! Great customer service from the man working drive thru!!! At approx 315 March 14th. My order was exactly as I ordered and I was given utensils, ketchup, salt and pepper without having to ask!!!! Finally I found a fast food place in Jackson that has their business in order and actually cares about their customers and the food they put out!!! Good job guys!!!

I went to the drive thru early so the food was hot and very decent. The turn off was the nasty rude lady in the drive thru who would not change my order even though it was only one person behind me. No extensive change. Her attitude and questioning of why I checked my order was insulting. Will not recommend this location. If I could give no star for service I would.
