This place is horrible never ever ever come here again. First off we had a party of 15 guests when they greet the table its not a real or professional name actually I guess a nickname ask dude whats his name he was like strap. Like forreal who would name there child that so not professional. Then got drinks order never came back to refill nobody drinks but somebody else came to take the order for everyone. Nobody told us about gratuity so as we paying we was surprise to pay extra for service that was not great. I mean overall rating I will give it a one star and thats only because the food was ok but as far customer service goes it was garbage😒

HORRIBLE customer service! Wow! They hang up on you when you call and they have no manners. I don’t know who is in charge but the owner needs to reconsider this person. I will never be back and I will be telling everyone I know not to come here. Do better…look at all your reviews saying service was bad and there has been no improvement. Just sad…

Food was good, shrimp were huge and catfish good. Other customers seemed to enjoy the seafood boils. Service was great, our server was very attentive. Atmosphere was nice, setup was a nautical theme. Bathroom was dirty, had a fishy smell. Not sure if that was a part of the theme.

I actually didn’t get a chance to eat. I was so disappointed with the service. When I entered, the cashiers just looked at me. Didn’t greet me, didn’t ask my party size, was I dining in? Nothing! A waiter walked up and asked was I dining in? After being seated, I waited 40 minutes without anyone even asking my drink order. At that point I was done. I left and went across the street to Mighty Crab and I’m glad I did!

Horrible service and management. I dined in with a group.Many revived thier bill but I didn’t. So on my way out I took care of it signed for a certain amount. And seen later I was charged an extra 70-80 dollars. Called management and was tld that someone left without paying thier bill and they were tld we were friends so they decided to add her bill to mines. Lady do u not kno the law. She tld me my only option was to call the person that didn’t pay. Yall done an illegal transaction. I will be taking matters into my own hands. I called to settle this even asked them to run camera back. I will not stop until something is done!
Was told they sale lobster tails tails by pound, then fast forward now I’ve been charged and EXTRA 12 for some odd reason. I didn’t tip 12 nor did I add extra. No one can answer the phone, this place has gone ALL the way down. Don’t waste your tip nor money

This restaurant is too inconsistent. You never know what you are going to get from one day, week or month to the next. Quality control sucks from the food to the service. Not just my opinion, look at the comments, they are all over the board. This is the fault of the owner who obviously can't get his you know what together!!! This place is a crap shoot, too bad, needs a new owner!

Today was my first day visiting this establishment and I can promise you that I will never return. We received the worst service ever. We were seated fairly quickly. Once we were seated, 20 to 30 minutes passed before we got someone's attention to inform them that our drink order hadn't been taken. We finally got that in and i went ahead and placed the order for the food. The area that we were seated in was full and only one guy was coming through here and there to assist the guest. He was also our waiter. He informed me that it was his first day. First of all, he should have never been placed in an area by himself. He should have been shadowing someone until he properly learned his position. But anyway, he finally came back to bring the food in which he had given me my food as well as someone else's. I assisted him with reading the tickets and handed him back the extra food. We didn't receive plastic wear for our clothing or hands, utensils, or our beverages. When I got his attention I asked for the manager, she came and I spoke with her about our experience. For the amount of money I spent and the horrible service we received on my daughter's birthday, we won't be visiting this site again.
