I only gave them a 1 star cause I had too. They don’t deserve that. This was the worst seafood restaurant I’ve ever been too. The service was horrible and the food wasn’t good. My husband and I waited over 30 min for just our drink order and then another 30 to order our food. There were three tables that came in after us and all three got served before us. Just sad. Don’t eat here.

The atmosphere was OK. The fried food was good. The Seafood bag was horrible. I’ve had food there in the past and it was amazing. They asked what we wanted. We said a seafood bag with garlic butter mound. The only thing they did was steam. The Seafood melted some butter and put it in a bag. The lobster was too hard. My daughter did not finish her Seafood bag. We have had Seafood bags from all over the world and she always finishes it. She did not finish her food. She tried to leave it, but I told her I did not waste $40 for nothing. We will give it to the dogs. I am so disappointed. I am disgusted because I wanted to try the new seafood place in Madison but my friend promised me that they had the best seafood in Mississippi so I decided to give it a try because the last time I went to that establishment it was kicking crab up and now it is breaux bridge and it’s disgusting.

This place is horrible never ever ever come here again. First off we had a party of 15 guests when they greet the table its not a real or professional name actually I guess a nickname ask dude whats his name he was like strap. Like forreal who would name there child that so not professional. Then got drinks order never came back to refill nobody drinks but somebody else came to take the order for everyone. Nobody told us about gratuity so as we paying we was surprise to pay extra for service that was not great. I mean overall rating I will give it a one star and thats only because the food was ok but as far customer service goes it was garbage😒

I will never be back and I will be telling everyone I know not to come here. Do better…look at all your reviews saying service was bad and there has been no improvement. Just sad…

Food was good, shrimp were huge and catfish good. Other customers seemed to enjoy the seafood boils. Service was great, our server was very attentive. Atmosphere was nice, setup was a nautical theme. Bathroom was dirty, had a fishy smell. Not sure if that was a part of the theme.
