Had to wait almost 45 minutes to order, 30 minutes later still no drinks or food. Customer service was on 0. I ate there on 3/31/24. I also checked my receipt today and I was charged for a drink the waitress told me I would not be charged forI charged my drink order before the waitress confirmed the drink order and they made it anyway.

I gave this restaurant a two because seemed like they mopped the floor right before they opened so the floor were slick as I came in. I prefer the crab cakes and the crab legs with potatoes corn and eggs. The crab cakes were over cooked and were not fresh, but some frozen cakes I could have gotten at the store. They told me they didn’t have any crab leg utensils so I would have to use my hands. I was given plastic ware to eat with, my cup was a plastic to go cup & I had to ask for a metal fork to open the crab legs. The server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu, but I expected a bit more for a $40+ meal.

Food is great but the service is poor I walked in no one seated me and my family then ended up putting another family in front of us,, we really felt like ghost I stood in that place for a hr waited to be seated so I left went across to The Mighty Crab and was seated and greeted as soon as we walked in. I really hope yall can fix this problem.

I ordered over $100 worth of food and my husband picked it up and brings it home I immediately call because some of my food was left out the order. The manager gets on the phone very disrespectful not listening to anything I say and tell me I have to drive 45 minutes to bring the food back so she can correct it. I order there often but will never order again because I paid for food that I didn’t even receive

This was by far the best experience yet in my years of visiting Jackson. Our server, Kayla, went above and beyond. Her tip wasn't big enough to compensate for how enjoyable she made our visit. And on top of that, the food was impeccable. First visit, but definitely not the last.

I had crabcake, fried shrimp and fries basket, a bag of half pound of shrimps, 2 eggs, corn, potatoes, and of course a daiquiri. Came out to be $78. Nothing was great except my baby's bag she had. Sooo not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Normally, the food is good. Me, my sister, nieces, and my two daughters went into this restaurant December 12th. One of my daughters had her iPhone with the jojo screen saver. She had throughout her meal. Went to the restaurant. Phone still on the table. We left! Forgot the phone on the table. Apparently our waitress ( I do not know her name) cleaned our table. And now all of a sudden my baby phone is gone. Not even 20+ mins went by, I came back to retrieve the phone. The phone is now out sight out of mind so I asked one of the managers there to let me look at the footage. She went onto the back looked at footage then came up front trying to show me by baby didn't have her phone. Fast forward, I left came back and told her to let me look at the footage myself so she went back there again and FaceTime one of her coworkers to let me look at the footage. And clearly my baby had her phone on that table but somehow at the end I cannot really make out if the waitress took everything off the table and went to the back and STOLE MY CHILD'S PHONE. SADDDD! Phone was fully charged, only way to find the location is if it's on WiFi. And about 1 hour later the phone does not have a location!! JUST BROKE AND SORRY MFRS!
