I like Kroger Grocery store in Jackson, Mississippi because it's well stocked with fresh food, as well as anything you might need for your household all in the one place!

This particular Kroger could be cleaner and have more stock. However, it was relatively close to my hotel and generally served its purpose of me getting a few bottles of water for another night on the road staying at a hotel while in another city on business.

I've been a customer at Kroger I55 for over 40 years.The staff is basically great as are the food selections.I've basically had positive experiences.However, this past August, I was bitten/stung by an unknown flying/jumping insect in produce that resulted in medical treatments that included antibiotics and steroids.This post is to WARN others of the possibility of harmful insects nestling in the produce; especially since much of it is imported. I certainly don't want anyone to have the same experience that I had.Be cautious and observant!!!

Online it says this Kroger is open 24 hours but I came early today for some essentials and was turned away at 6:15 am. So maybe the hours online are wrong FYI

When do you all plan to replace the vacant and water logged ceiling tiles - especially near the customer service center. There are several areas in this store that have needed work done at least for a year, if not longer. I've shopped at this location for many years and spent a lot of money. I know that you all can do better. Your stores in Madison and Rankin counties are in much better shape. The I-55 location needs to be on par with them.

Listen... I bought three peaches yesterday. These peaches were plucked from God’s own garden and ship to 4910 I 55!! Sweet Baby Jesus!! Best produce EVER!! I wouldn’t dare buy another piece of produce anywhere else!!!

Very unhappy. Have used delivery service without issue for 2 weeks. Today - my debit card charged $250 and NO groceries. The worst part is local Kroger says - not our problem. Called instacart - not taking calls. No clue where my groceries are and Kroger doesn’t care.

Pharmacy drive thru sucks. 6 cars = 50 minutes. And with all the construction if one car gets behind you it now becomes the point of no return. Stop allowing people to wait 15+ in line and tell them to pull up. McDonald’s knows it.
