My husband only went to this location because the other location was packed worst mistake EVER! After biting into my food I notice that my Krystal's wasn't done at all neither was my chilli cheese pups I have been sick all day nothing will stay down I will never eat here again definitely gave me food poisoning 🤢

Service was amazing! The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. My sister and I stopped to eat after her eye surgery and one of the ladies even held the door open to help. They were very aware and attentive to their customers. Very pleasant experience.

I went there today to speak to the manager. And he was so rude and unprofessional. He needs to go back to new classes where they teach. You how to interact with the public? It's not my fault nor my problem that you're chasing money when I was told by an employee that works there to come up there about a job. He was so rude and unprofessional, especially for him to be the district manager. Not knowing that I have my sure safe Certificate. And well, it's various, but his behavior makes it to where I do not want to work for a franchise. Nor accompany that g m's feel that they can be disrespectful. As I sent him the restaurant waiting for him to get there. Restaurants supposed to have a warm comforting feeling that was not at that location. I see why your workers have such an attitude. It's because of the district manager that works for that location. And I wish I would record it this behavior with me. This store really needs to be closed down due to poor management.

Absolutely horrific. The lady who took my order was awful. She got my order wrong twice in a row and was extremely rude with me. It’s almost as if she was intentionally trying to irritate me. I’ll never spend money with this establishment for as I live. It’s truly sad what this world has come to.

I ordered a Sausage Scrambler which was not in a bowl or cup but on a plate cold, grits burned, and also turned upside down in a bag. This location is always slow, I am told only one person is working, parking lot is always unsanitary, full of trash and debris. This time the truck did not come so they was out of bowls, spoons, and lids.
This store needs to be shutdown, or hire some people whose willing to work. They will have you waiting in drive through over 30mins before taking ur order, at times will have u waiting for a hours they don't wash there hands wearing gloves making food but touching other thing, employees out smoking in the parkalot then go in prepare customer's order
