Would have gave it 5 stars because it's Krystal's and it's amazing but the lobby was closed due to robbery's in the area. This is normally a good thing but we was on our way back to Oklahoma (where we have no Krystal's) and we wanted to wash our hands before we ate and use the restroom. Food was amazing though and the staff was 5 stars

I went by late one evening I was getting a late dinner when I got there on my bile I noticed someone next door digging around I went in the assistant manager said he was going to lock the door and I ask him not to because my bicycle was exposed he then told me I could leave the manager came up while I was Leaving and I told him and he laughed that place needs better staffing

DON'T!!! Just, don't...This Krystal location is the absolute WORST! The parking lot is an obstacle course of pot holes, the drive-thru speaker works but is in disrepair. They are slow, inaccurate and ghetto but still want you to pull up and they'll bring the food out to you. These people got a new ICEE machine situation and it was busted the first day. I even ordered online and when I went to pick it up, the staff was outside smoking and did not go back into the restaurant.They get one star because they aren't rude, but they all curse like sailors.Go to Wendy's or better yet, cook. I learned the hard way.

Was in line 20 plus minutes, at the window, hadn't even ordered. No explanation... go to the window, and how long does it take to put eggs and grits in a bowl.. they give me part of my order and say have a nice day, and before I can say anything go back to talking.. If they need help fine. But it's no longer considered fast food I should've cooked.

Wish I could give zero. I ordered my food online hoping it would be ready when I get there. When I arrived the lady asked to confirm my order number, which was no issue, but then they finally started to make my order after having to read it off my phone. The cooks then complained about having to make the order. It was a bundle pack. It took over 20 minutes for it to be made after I've done pre ordered it 15 minutes before I arrived there. They then messed up our order which was half no mustard add ketchup and the other half as it comes. I will not be coming back to this location nor recommend it.

The older lady crew know how to make breakfast but when that young adult crew work the mornings my breakfast is all messed up. They only know 3 ways to cook an egg scrambled, runny or burnt. One of them tell me to try the egg I didn't order. Look lady, cook my egg to order like the sign says.
