I understand that the person that worked 4/4/24 was alone and she made the food it was hot. But the quality of these chicken wings that I purchased was disappointing not only in size but quality . These wings used to not be this expensive but now that they are the taste of the wings and the portion sizes need to be better. These wings are smaller than these undercooked fries. Hire her some help

3 stars is not for the service I received from the crew member or for the food. The food was great, and the crew member was amazing. It's because of the manager that was heard yelling at her crew. I could hear her through the drive-thru speaker as our order was being taken. I heard her as we paid for our food and as we received our food. The whole time, the crew member remained calm, but you could see the unhappiness on her face even though she continued to smile.As a manager, you set the tone. You have no right to speak to staff like they're less than human beings. The staff is what keeps business moving as managers lead the way. Treat your staff better. It's hard enough out here. Uplift and motivate.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! I ordered multiple times from them online AND STILL had to wait AN HOUR!!! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt after the THIRD time of this happening, no more. You lost business and i will definitely spread the word. I literally place online orders so I WON'T have to sit and wait. I give everyone 30 minutes. I gave 30 minutes before only to wait another 40 no exaggeration before they come out AND THE ORDER STILL WASN'T RIGHT!!!! It's sad because i PAID for extra stuff. DIDN'T GET IT!!! After multiple times of them getting it wrong, I just left. The only reason why I waited was of course because I already paid. Not to mention. IT WAS JUST WINGS!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Go somewhere else... FOREWARNING and I don't even leave negative reviews, but they deserve it.

This was one of the most worst experiences I ever had at a Krystals. I went to this establishment at 5:30 am. I didn't check my food until I made it to my destination. Sadly, upon giving the food to my mother, I found out my egg wasn't cooked it has running egg yoke. And my Krystal sunrise was old af. I couldn't wait until i could return that wate of time and money order.

Every time I’m at this place it’s a problem. I wish I could give 0 stars or a negative! I had a manager curse me out one time because he didn’t know how to refund my order! If I lived closer to HWY 18 I would just Cho to that one ! I always say I’m going to give them a chance and they are a disappointment to very time. I wish the owners could have the experience. It’s just awful. I hate it here :-(
