He then went to show me a menu where the manually wrote a 2 over the mandatory tip for a party of 5. Unprofessional and overall not somewhere I will ever visit again.

I decided to go with my fiancé and first of all this service was really great, our waitress was a sweetheart with the warmest smile. There was also hand sanitizer at every table, which I was ecstatic about!The food was really good with big portion sizes. They didn’t ask how we wanted our steak so we got it back kind of tough, but that wasn’t really a big deal, I’ll just remember to let them know how we wanted it next time. The queso was perfect. The food was also on the greasy side so if you have gallbladder problems…? Overall we were happy.The only thing that kind of threw me off was at the end of the night we received the bill and it said $79, and when they charged us it was $92 so we are both kind of confused. When we get the receipt back, we see that there was gratuity added. Which, I mean Is whatever, but my fiancé had already tipped cash and I may have missed it but nowhere in the restaurant does it say gratuity is added to the check, and I don’t believe it was on the bill either. So that kind of irritated me because I do not like surprise charges.Anyway, would I be back? Yep :) but probably just to a pick up order though.

They tried to charge me an automatic 18% gratuity on a party of two. They have a sign at the front door that says "18% gratuity to sit in the patio area"(which seems absurd anyway.)We sat inside. When I confronted the server about the bait and switch pricing, her response was "we just charge it, but we won't argue with the customer." I definitely don't recommend- this is the second time they tried to decide how to spend my money. Here's a tip- work hard and give great service and the tips will come.

This was my first experience not finishing a Mexican meal I ordered. The enchiladas and tacos were quite disappointing. My colleague asked for a Chalupa but received a soft taco instead. The guacamole appeared to be less than fresh. The chips were passable, but the tortilla soup closely resembled tomato soup. Additionally, an 18% mandatory gratuity was added to the bill for a lunch for two. Overall, highly unsatisfactory dining experience, AVOID at all costs.

The food wasn't good. They only have spicy chicken, no mild chicken at all. The server charged my coworker card twice after he said her card declined the first time. Even though they give you nice size portions the food is bland.

Fiesta drink was good and strong. We went Christmas Eve not knowing what was open and were surprised what we found. I had the chicken enchiladas and the queso sauce was a wonderful touch. The chicken was good better than in most enchiladas. We also had the steak nachos. Could be more on the nachos (queso, onion, bell pepper and steak) but the flavor was good. I would add pico, beans, etc. for the price we were impressed with the food and service. The staff was very nice. We will eat here again.
