We had fried chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, squash, macaroni and cheese, lima beans, green beans, corn, turnip greens, cornbread, sweet potato pie, and peach cobbler. Everything was absolutely delicious, well seasoned, and tasted just like southern comfort food should! The employees were friendly, efficient, and kept the place very clean. We’ll be back next time we pass through MS.

I love soul food and I’m so glad I ran across this place. The variety and taste was excellent. Prices are fairly reasonable. I was A little disappointed that their lunch plates didn’t come with a beverage. But overall a nice lunch spot.

I went on a Tuesday, and got the hamburger steak, Mac and cheese, and lima beans. The food was AMAZINGGGGGGGGG. Well seasoned and the lady that took my order was sweet and helpful. 10/10 will be a regular lunch spot for me since I'm in school near there.

Great atmosphere with a great customer service. Love the old school music that's always playing too. On to the food.... You can tell someone's Mom or Grandmom is the kitchen cooking. Love their smoked wings and homemade veggies. Can't forget the desserts. Come on down enjoy a great home style plate from chicken, liver, tetrazanni, smothered steaks etc you won't regret it.

The food was good. The Only down fall was my Mc and cheese was cold. The green beans were spicy but not seasoned 🥶. The turkey wing tho was really good even my puppy liked it. The dressing was good and the 🍠 🍠 yams.
Today is my very first time trying this location out and I have to say The experience was horrible. The lady that prepared my food had a very nasty Attitude. The food has no flavor, hardly. I understand cooking food from a can but put your own touch to it. The greens that I have today on my plate are straight out of a can. Although the experience was horrible, and the food has no flavor, I do like the idea of the business…. If I had to rate this location, on a scale of 1 to 10. I would say this business would be rated at 3.

First time coming. Picking up a plate to go for someone else. Even though I came just after 1 pm, they were out of meat and had only vegetables left, I feel they might be doing some really good food service. For their hours to be open for 3 hours, you are drawing in the customers. I plan to give it a try for myself one day soon.
