I’m interested in Shequita’s financial analysis regarding inflation hitting McAlisters. I doubt it makes much sense, as her review didn’t.
Anyway, this place has horrible customer service. The workers don’t care and will use their phones and talk amongst themselves instead of helping customers.
Once I arrived 10-15 minutes after placing a pick up order only to be told it wasn’t ready. After waiting apx. 20 minutes inside the filthy store I finally spoke up and asked what was going on. My order had been sitting behind the counter for about 15 minutes while I had to witness these people hoop and holler about nonsense.
To top it off, I received no response from a manager after detailing this experience in a complaint. Oh, and like I said it’s disgusting inside. Trash/spoiled food on the floor and tables. Everything is sticky.
Avoid this place at all costs.

I've been having the taste for McAllisters more than none these days. And while it can get hectic around lunch time ans holidays, one thing remained the same. The level of customer service Aaliyah goes to is a customer's dream. Some weeks, I frequent the restaurant a few times in a week. ANY time I had an issue, a hiccup in my order she always takes charge and makes sure she handles it personally. She never says let me ask this person or that. She finds a solution and has a smile on her face. Ive had at least two hiccups in a short period of time and she was quick to aid me. She is a very nice young lady. She makes it easy for me to grab something here for lunch and not just go home or another spot. You are truly appreciated Aaliyah!! I told you I was going to write a review and I meant it bc you are the best, this is the least I could do!!! Gave 3 stars bc as a made my review the meal I had just ordered had a bitten pickle in it. Cant understand how but it did. So wont be back but Aaliyah is still AMAZING

The cashier was very nice but the kitchen workers forgot to add bacon to my order which is on my receipt called up and told the manager on call she stated she could give me a discount on my next order but didn’t get my name or anything very rude and unprofessional

Went there for lunch today and the girls behind the counter started arguing then both left, place was packed with to go orders stacked up. A door dasher went behind the counter and handed the food out. I and about 8 other people left without ordering.

Local McAllister's where they sell sandwiches salads soups appetizers and desserts. Their food is good. The service is good. Usually fast. Nice atmosphere. Prices are acceptable but with added inflation costs can add up quick.

Staff was lazy and ambivalent. Sandwich not fixed properly. Need a mgmnt reboot.
Horrible experience there today. A staff member was cursing out the cooks & throwing customers food. People were askings for refunds. I will be taking my business to the Ridgeland or Madison location.

Took an hour to get my order.The place was not busy. The young lady that took my order watch me sit waiting on my order. I finally got up, and ask about my order. They had no clue what happened to it. Sat for another 15-min minutes waiting. Got my order, and it was wrong. I ate it anyway and got the hell out of there. Will not be going back.

My boyfriend went to McAllisters and ordered me a spud. The inside of my spud was brown and I drove back to McAllister to have them remake it because I have never eaten a brown potato on the inside. It definitely did not look edible. When I arrived the lady at the counter saw it and asked the cook to remake it now. He did not want to making comments and laughing saying I ate half of the spud. I told them to pick up the skin because I flipped it. And there the rest was. The cook called for the manager with blonde and brown hair to ask what to do. And she said there was nothing wrong with it and this is how their spuds come they are all fresh. Now in my 26 years on this earth I have not been given a brown spud on the inside and outside. When I asked the cashier would she eat it she dropped her head and did not want to answer. I proceeded to ask if you would not eat it why are y’all trying to make me and the employees started ignoring me and told me “well we are not gonna remake it so what do you want us to do”. This is unacceptable and there is a picture.
