Horrible experience there today. A staff member was cursing out the cooks & throwing customers food. People were askings for refunds. I will be taking my business to the Ridgeland or Madison location.

Took an hour to get my order.The place was not busy. The young lady that took my order watch me sit waiting on my order. I finally got up, and ask about my order. They had no clue what happened to it. Sat for another 15-min minutes waiting. Got my order, and it was wrong. I ate it anyway and got the hell out of there. Will not be going back.

My boyfriend went to McAllisters and ordered me a spud. The inside of my spud was brown and I drove back to McAllister to have them remake it because I have never eaten a brown potato on the inside. It definitely did not look edible. When I arrived the lady at the counter saw it and asked the cook to remake it now. He did not want to making comments and laughing saying I ate half of the spud. I told them to pick up the skin because I flipped it. And there the rest was. The cook called for the manager with blonde and brown hair to ask what to do. And she said there was nothing wrong with it and this is how their spuds come they are all fresh. Now in my 26 years on this earth I have not been given a brown spud on the inside and outside. When I asked the cashier would she eat it she dropped her head and did not want to answer. I proceeded to ask if you would not eat it why are y’all trying to make me and the employees started ignoring me and told me “well we are not gonna remake it so what do you want us to do”. This is unacceptable and there is a picture.

The cashier must have been having a brain freeze that day. She did not greet or turn around for at least three minutes. When she did finally turn around she did not acknowledge myself who was first in li e or the two women behind me. She seemed flustered or in a fog as she bagged the man's(who was waiting when I walked in)order. When he left, my order and the woman behind me orders were visibly already bagged and set to the side yet she had to pause and decide what to do next. My cucumber/tomato salad barely had any vinegar and oil on it. It was not the quick lunch pick up of take out I expected for having called it in and not having to be cooked. It's the closest McAlister's to me since my job is downtown and the one downtown was closed. Inevitably I will have to go back to that location. I just hope that that cashier won't be working when I go.

The manager Christy was very unprofessional as I waited for my order she was very nasty to a customer on the phone saying to the customer mam it sounds like Charlie Brown !! Just rude nasty and unprofessional no greet when customers walk in either Chasity took my order I stated to her my request which was extra sour cream chives and olives it was not on the receipt so I called in after I return to work and notice it was not extra chives and olives on my spud max she told me it don’t matter as long as they put it on there!!! Very nasty unprofessional !! It’s so much more I should say but NEGATIVE ZERO IS WHAT THIS MANAGER ATTITUDE !!!!I and thank you because I will not be back !!! Do better Christy it’s very much needed!!!!! For you !!!!!
This is not my usual location, but i was around the area and decided to stop for a pick-up order of my fav spicy southwest chicken sandwich (I highly recommend this sandwich). It's a staple sandwich for McAlister's, so I didn't anticipate anything could go wrong. But this branch proved me wrong. I got home and discovered i had been given a plain sandwich with just chicken slaughtered in barbecue sauce. Ughhh... i was hangry. I promptly called the store, but alas, no one answered. Never going to this branch again.
