First time ever here I’ve lived in the area for a long time and just wanted to try out a closer McDonalds. After my first impression I’ll definitely be bringing my business elsewhere. Customer service is GARBAGE. Process of order is all everywhere but where it needs to be. Waited a full 30 mins after I ordered to get my simple plain sandwich and fries.

Went to McDonald’s today and got a iced coffee and a MCchicken sandwich and let’s just say I won’t be returning sandwich was old and disgusting and coffee was horrible and the costumer service is awful.

Vicious Peaches

This is one of the best overall McDonald's that I've ever encountered, even on my travels over the years.
Service has been fairly quick, especially for as busy as this location stays. Food was as good as you can get from a McDonald's. Food was hot, nicely packaged, etc.
I do want to give some real kudos to the fact that....this location's ICE CREAM machine, is always working! (The half a dozen or so times I've been at least)

I work way too hard for my money to be played with…I ordered a fish fillet sandwich with EXTRA tartar sauce. It’s stupid that tartar sauce costs extra, but I paid for it because the last time I didn’t ask for extra, I got a squirt of tartar sauce the size of a quarter. I paid for extra tartar sauce, opened the sandwich, and this time I had a squirt of tartar sauce the size of a quarter on the front of the giant fillet and a squirt of tartar sauce the size of a quarter on back of the fillet. I usually only give a business one time to play with my money, but for some reason, I visited this location twice. Never again.

Stopped in for a hot Mocha on a cold night after driving for hours... Nobody could make it. Asked for a hot chocolate ... nope couldn't get that either. Large Black Coffee? Parked for 5 minutes while waiting for it because they didn't have any made. What's going on at this location??

Ordered breakfast 15 minutes before 10:30. Was in line by 10:21. Then waited in line for 25 minutes just for them to tell me proudly that they’re on lunch now and they can’t make my order. I explained that I ordered before the cut off but they canceled my order instead. This is the only breakfast I can afford right now, and as ridiculous as it sounds I had been looking forward to it all week. I also watched the car in line before me receive breakfast that they ordered at the drive-thru. After 10:30..

I went to this location again for the 3 time this week and they say that they are not open when they should be open at 5:30 am workers standing at the window eating don't just hire anyone to fill the position and I'm not the only one who was there and check in on your employees to see whats going on what a waste just left again still not open y'all just go somewhere else this place is a joke I took pictures this morning girl outside smoking with the headset on

Took forever to order with cash. Three staff people on break. 1 staff member playing around. Another order came out before mine. The staff on break heard my order and said 0. Luckily my food was still hot. Nov 4, at 1:10 - whenever.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just picked up my food not too long ago. I accidentally said the wrong order (Big Mac meal) when the worker asked me what I had. Firstly, you’re working at the window so you should already know what I ordered. However, I’m human and I make mistakes. I ordered the nuggets this time, and I usually order the Big Mac meal so my mind went on auto pilot and that’s how I ended up saying the wrong order. I corrected myself, but then I heard one of the worker to say: “The customers be so slow” I was highly disrespected and offended. I’m “slow” because I made a mistake?? The customer service is terrible and I will NOT be coming here again. The manager needs to clean house and start over immediately. Making a complaint to corporate as well!!
