Alexis
1. So I have my Mobile order and code on my phone and I am waiting in the drive-through, when I press the pick up at parking spot option instead. After this, I park in my spot and press which number I am supposed to be in. I watch two different cars go through the entire drive-through and leave separately before I called to see if anyone was even ready to come out. This took an objective 20 almost 30 minutes of waiting TOTAL mind you BEFORE I called.
2. Homeless guy asks me for change for bus pass money while I wait in McDonalds of Lakeland’s designated spot for this amount of time. I decide to call to see what the holdup is on my one item order and got no answer after about 45 seconds of ringing.
3. At this point, I decided to call a second time and got a hold of Alexis. She lies to me about what time I made my order and proceeded to interrupt me when I explained why it potentially showed that way (I started in the drive-thru).
4. She continues to repeat my name in a condescending tone over the phone louder each time to prevent me from speaking. She then lets the call go silent to pretends she is not there, and proceeds to hang up the phone on me.
5. Alexis offered no assurance that the food would be out soon or offerage of a refund
6. Overall, the whole experience was really rude and insulting, considering I shop this business every single day. All of the other staff is so kind and respectful to me minus Alexis, and more importantly, whoever the management was on the morning of 3/4/25
(THIS IS NOW THE THIRD TIME IVE HAD TO REACH OUT OR REVIEW THE LOCATION DUE TO THIS LEADER)
7. I manage 6 different phone operators that connect provider info with patients all day at a centralized pharmacy and none of which have disappointed me as much as sitting through this call with Alexis.
8. I really hope someone can remind Alexis how McDonalds employees are supposed to treat the customers that depend on this business, and that she thinks before barking her opinions. I will be taking my daily (sometimes twice daily) business to Beagle Bagel - as it is the same price for better breakfast food from some people who will actually help you find your one item order - and I suggest other McDonalds patrons do the same

I visited this location @1741 Lakeland Drive Sunday Jan. 19 around 4:36pm. I ordered a Big Mac meal - medium. Fine. Pulled to the first window, paid for the meal - fine. I was not given a receipt neither was I asked if I wanted a receipt. Red flag #1.
Pull to the second window and was given the food. Fine. I asked the young man (with a hand tattoo) at the window if I could get the receipt. He looked at me crazy and replied, "Ain't no paper." I returned the stare and asked if it could be printed elsewhere in the store. He says, "Naw, we ain't no paper." Closed the window and walked off. No apology whatsoever.
Two blocks away I go through the bag to find barely lukewarm fries and a Big Mac with virtually no sauce on the burger. The only reason I didn't go back to the store was because if they "...ain't got no paper..." then clearly they ain't got no leadership neither.

Please get Coke Zero......and how about some napkins in the bag with each order. The staff are always friendly and doing the job of three other people. The owners seem to have forgotten about taking care of their businesses since the parents retired.

I like this location, nice people, they usually get your order hot and fresh, and the workers are very nice. However their chicken is not as juicy as some of the other locations and as of recently their sodas have been flat, but besides those its a very good location and I would reccomend going.

First it's Mcdonalds, you know what you're getting here. The only things to review are the people and the location. This one seems like the people care enough to be nice to their customers. I always show basic manners everywhere I go. The people here seem to respond with those same manners. But just like anywhere if you go there being rude I'm willing to bet you won't like it. But for my experience this is one of the better ones.
