Absolutely dreadful experience at McDonald's today. I arrived promptly at 10:22 AM, hungry and hopeful for a quick bite to eat. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of frustration and disappointment.I patiently waited in the drive-through line, watching the minutes tick by on my clock. 10:22 turned into 10:30, then 10:45, and before I knew it, it was 11:03. Yes, you read that correctly, a whopping 41 minutes in the drive-through for a fast-food meal. At this point, I could have planted and harvested my own potatoes for fries.Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I reached the order window. But wait, there's more! Lo and behold, upon receiving my order, I discovered that an entire item had mysteriously vanished from it. Did the Hamburglar strike? No, apparently the kitchen changed their kitchen times after accepting my mobile payment, conveniently forgetting about my food in the process.Naturally, I approached the manager, hoping for some semblance of resolution. Alas, it was as if I was speaking to a brick wall. Not only was the manager unable to provide any proof of refund or exchange, but they seemed utterly unconcerned with the chaos unfolding before them. I could have been speaking Swahili for all the attention they paid me.To add insult to injury, my receipt still boldly proclaimed that I had paid for the missing food. How's that for rubbing salt in the wound?Overall, this laughably horrible incident at McDonald's left me not only hungry but also deeply disillusioned. If you enjoy wasting time and money while being ignored by apathetic management, by all means, visit this establishment. As for me, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The older women in charge are very rude! I elected to get my food brought to table and about 15 mins went by and I went to the counter and asked about my food. The older black woman said "well I hollered out the name, rolled her eyes, and stormed off. First off, they shouldn't offer the service if they are not going to do it. 2nd , she had the name wrong! But the kids were very nice and intrigued by my electric scooter!

You can tell this place is in Jackson and not Flowood just ghetto and unorganized. Not to mention kids are running around the lobby and the customers can’t even come in.

Unavailable to purchase a shake, nearly lunch service time! Shake Machine still down since last year, Shamrock Shake time and on the menu! Not selling any Strawberry or Apple pies at this time per employee! Just shutter this location until items are available!

I don’t think it could get much worse than this. Waited 20 minutes and no one even came to the counter. Customers were saying the drink machine had no carbonation. It was filthy. Left and went to an actual healthy restaurant where I was served in 10 minutes. So much for “fast food.”

This visit was not good. The lady took my order just wasn't pleasant. My understanding was short of help, but I was the first vehicle there, one car behind me, not busy at all. Because my order was incomplete ? I was told to get back in line to reorder the other part of my meals. Where they do this at Macdonald Northside Dr. Had she completed my order, this wouldn't have happened. But anyway, I still reenter the line behind the customer behind me. Still, no one else has come. She saw us again. surprise, we got served .

We arrived at the store and entered the drive thru. After sitting there for a ridiculous amount of time, with no assistance, I proceeded to the parking lot and entered the empty dining area. Upon entering, I was promptly informed that the dining room was closed. They would not take my order, so I went somewhere else to eat, and it wasnt McDonalds. (i.e. LOST REVENUE)This is absolutely unacceptable from the staff and from McDonalds. Maybe you should check your Facebook reviews for this location. Much more of the same. If you cant get better staff then maybe you should close this store. I will NEVER be back to this location. (i.e. LOST CUSTOMER)
