I wish I could rate 0 stars. Horrible service on 2/12/25. Waited 30 minutes for my curbside pick up. Walked in the store and everyone was just looking lost. My order was just sitting on a tray. The front associate had no urgency to help with my order and kept walking off. Mcdonalds has really fell off.

This place shouldn't be allowed to exist like this. I waited 15 minutes at least for a happy meal for my daughter. The cashier has no idea who ordered what. It honestly doesn't matter. You tape the receipt to the bag and announce the order. The person who ordered it is supposed to know what they ordered and respond accordingly. This store is currently filled with 6-7 customers who have all been here for at least 15 minutes, and some haven't even ordered yet. However, for all of its faults, the icong on the cake is me being allowed to order a raspberry fantasy icee and being when I received it that they are out of straws. I responded, "What am I supposed to do with an icee and no straw?" She ignored me and walked away. A woman walked up begging the manager. "Can you please take my order?" I managers response was for her to use the kiosk. I'm not one to judge, but this location needs corporate intervention badly.

Jan.2,2025. The restaurant was in disarray. Floors sticky. Spilled food in front and behind counter. I used the kiosk to place my order. A older gentleman, behind me,went to the counter to place his order. The cashier rudely said, " order at kiosk!!" He replied that he doesn't know how to use the kiosk, and does that mean she wasn't going to take his order. She just walked away. My order came up she handed to me with an attitude. I told her it came with a frappe. She gave me a medium instead of the large. I just took it. I was so ready to get out of the store. I made my sprite. No straws, no napkins. I just walked out. Got to my car, taste the sprite...just carbonated water. Damn, went to the counter. Same cashier, I explained about the sprite. She said nothing and gave me a cup. Another cashier had just walked up there to take the man order who couldn't use the kiosk. DAMN SHAME!!!

Just because you work at McDonalds doesn’t mean you have to be a complete lazy useless person. I asked for a thing of ranch and she said they had none. I asked for bbq she said we don’t have any. I asked for any sauce she said we are out of all sauces. Just to find out I drive back through the drive thru and order small order of nuggets and sure thing they asked what sauce I wanted. It’s ridiculous I had to order more food just because the employee is to damn lazy to grab some sauce. Just a pathetic individual
Don’t go when they open because service is extremely slow or at least that was the case for me.

McDonald's has carried a memory of trust and being a friendly place..........when I was 6. What once was a child hood happiness memory of desirable food , and smiling people. Mark this day . McDonald's you've lost a long time customer to your desire to eliminate human interaction, values , and loving your customers. By highering prices, smaller portions, there's no surprise your incapable of making a single order correct since 96 accomplishing zero accuracy . As much as McDonald's impressed and influenced me as a kid, I mark and lead to make an example and practice my time to another business . If you like rude service and disappointment , McDonald's is a ready to put a French fry in your butt. Do your self s favor and don't accept unworthy service for convenience. Has any one had a shake from McDonald's , like ever

The workers didn't seem like they wanted to be there. No one responded in the drive thru for a long time. So long we thought the speaker had to be broken. We pulled up and the lady was very rude because we drove up and said we had to drive back around. We just left. A bad burger isn't worth that treatment. We were even apologetic at first because we didn't want to upset anyone. But we were also the only ones in the drive through at all the whole time. Now I know why.

Always do not have something! Rushing your order with no receipts available. Under cooked chicken.. just every visit.... something.. left with nothing after taking an order before me that duel drive thru is crazy if you going to just order from one side back to back

I have never been more disappointed in my life. It broke my heart to see a restaurant in my hometown in such disarray. The atmosphere was EXTREMELY chaotic, my order was not only wrong the 1st time it was prepared but it was given back with a different part of it wrong two separate times afterwards. My party just accepted it how it came the last time. The cashier was the best part of the experience. She extremely sweet & courteous & she kept apologizing for the chaos in the store.

The manager Ms Brenda is not responsible or reliable,She treat her employees like slaves she is disrespectful and need to step down or let go. The food is not good. The service is a let down they don’t have much to offer the ice-cream machine always down and sometimes they say only coke or sweet tea for drinks.

The manager handled everything with grace and poise, considering the circumstances. As expected today in the fast food industry, McDonald's needs more honest and dependable employees like the young lady who was managing your store that day!
