I have seen roaches crawling on the floor and up the wall my food was half cooked and I got the wrong order and there are to many flies in the lobby

Came through the drive-thru. Did not have sodas and was asked for my receipt because they could not get my order right. It was kind of ridiculous the leader on duty came to the window and asked me for my receipt again and I told her she can keep it.

This has actually become the worse McDonald’s ever. They charge extra for everything even when they are out of stuff you still pay extra and they don’t give you what they’ve charged you for. I’ll never spend a dime there again!!!! They need major change before end up getting closed down!!!! Service is bad and so is the food. My sandwich was suppose to have cheese and extra pickles that I was charged for that I didn’t receive

It’s full of teenagers who can’t at least pretend to have a decent amount of customer service what is the manager of this place thinking hiring a bunch of useless people but then again the manager probably acts the same way given how they hired these degenerates

This is by far the saddest, most unorganized restaurant in the city. Employees have the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen and on top of that they open when they feel like it. Just ridiculous service, employees, and restaurant. They could closed it down.

So I ordered about 20 dollars worth of breakfast just now just to get home and have no sausage patty on the bread. How is that possible. Being a general manager myself I guess I’ll try to understand. The real issue is I called 4 times. They finally answer. I asked to speak to a manager. They hang up. I call 10 more times. No answer. I rarely go here because it’s overall no a good location. Unfortunately I won’t return. I NEVER!!!!!!!!!!! leave comments but had to because no one will answer the phone and I know they just don’t care. Good day.
