Went to eat inside at around 8 pm, inside is closed, overheard the guy outside say there was no one coming inside so they closed drive through said they were understaffed, mmmk...., over $8 for a happy meal and questioned the price, drive through person was not friendly, my mcdouble looked like it had been sitting out for hours, needless to say we will not be back, and highly suggest you stay far away from this location.

They weren't taking orders at the drive-thru, didn't say why. They put all three meals in 1 paper bag (which was cold and stale) that ripped in half when I got home, spilling our food on the ground.

Order some Cookies the first time they were real cold and then I went back up there to return it and they just threw the same cookies in the steamer and gave it right back it’s always at night time

Swung through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s in Byron, MS. The line was long and the food was warm, not hot—but Natalie’s customer service totally made up for it. She was friendly, professional, and unexpectedly upbeat, which caught me off guard in a good way. It’s rare to get that kind of energy at a drive-thru, and I was genuinely relieved by how she handled things. Appreciate the effort, Natalie!

My McDouble meal was horrible! My nuggets where cold and the burger was dried out. My Hi C orange taste like the machine had not been cleaned.I was made to pull around for my food....alone with other cars in line. Thinking my food would be fresh and hot...only to get a bad meal. Please dont eat here. My ratings was great for this mickey d's at one point but now it has hit rock bottom. Vomiting🤢
