They are rarely open at 5am or even 6am for that matter. If they are open on time, they aren't taking orders. Waited at the drive thru for quite some time just to order coffee. Left because...work. It was just before 6am and no one was in line. This has happened on several different occasions. Either open for breakfast or dont.

Their service is pitiful. I’ve been waiting in line for 45 minutes for a mobile order. They need to change management and get a better crew. It is 5:58 in the evening and they have the lobby locked. This is an inconvenience And unacceptable!!!!

Employee on speaker talking about how many cars were in line. Then person taking orders was saying that it was just a little work and with teamwork they could get everything done quickly. Same person had a short attitude as to rush people through the line. Then the order was wrong. Got most of meal that was order but part was substituted for something else. This was aftere We had to pull up and wait a few minutes. But the guy that brought the food was nice. Food was decent as usual.

And the lady at the register in the front was very rude. I also asked her, could she please make my Mac chicken fresh? But they didn't do that. The fries was cold and they didn't want to remake the Mac chicken. Because they said it had just came out. But it was dried out the mcdouble meat was also dry, like it had been sitting there for hours. I couldn't even eat it. I had to give it to my dogs and the dog wouldn't even eat it
This place tried to scam me tonight. Went thru the drive thru ordered $23 worth of food. Got to the window girl was hanging out of the window with cash in her hand and said what did u have. I told her she said $23 I gave her $40 two twentys. She gave me $.13 back closed the door and walked away. I had to blow the horn for a few min. Another girl came to the window and said what do u need. I said I need my change I gave that girl 2 twentys she said oh. Closed the door I saw her and the other girl laughing inside. One girl pulled her phone out and was adding stuff up while they continued to laugh. Finally I was handed $18 which is more than I was owed and they said here and slammed the window in my face. I orded a double quarter pounder with no pickles and extra cheese I got a double quarter pounder with pickles and no cheese. I also ordered a big Mac no pickles extra chesse got one with pickles and regular cheese. And did not get my nuggets. This place is ghetto and a scam stay far away from this location!!!!

Just an honest hit and miss. For moths they had new workers that were absolutely great! And the food was always hot! Lately, the lines have been slow and the food has been just okay. Also, closing the lobby during the day time is extremely annoying; This location is good for that way too often.

Ordered a #3 McMuffin and a #4 sausage/egg. Got my food and after going about 5 miles down the road I reached into the bag and no sausage biscuit.
I understand getting the order wrong occasionally, but not even completing the order at all? Really... it's not that hard to put all of the food in the bag.
So... I go back to the restaurant and got my order. Drove another 5 miles or so down the road, unwrapped my food...
JUST A BISCUIT AND SAUSAGE! Not the sausage/egg biscuit I ordered. Just a dry biscuit and a sausage patty, which was not what I ordered.
So... didn't give me all my food the first time and gave me the wrong food when I went back to get the rest of my order.
I know it's not a life changing or world ending problem, but is it really too hard to make sure you're giving the customer the complete and the correct order? Geez! They even made it easy for you by giving everything a freakin' number and you still messed it up.
