The fries was cold and they didn't want to remake the Mac chicken. Because they said it had just came out. But it was dried out the mcdouble meat was also dry, like it had been sitting there for hours. I couldn't even eat it. I had to give it to my dogs and the dog wouldn't even eat it

This place tried to scam me tonight. Went thru the drive thru ordered $23 worth of food. Got to the window girl was hanging out of the window with cash in her hand and said what did u have. I told her she said $23 I gave her $40 two twentys. She gave me $.13 back closed the door and walked away. I had to blow the horn for a few min. Another girl came to the window and said what do u need. I said I need my change I gave that girl 2 twentys she said oh. Closed the door I saw her and the other girl laughing inside. One girl pulled her phone out and was adding stuff up while they continued to laugh. Finally I was handed $18 which is more than I was owed and they said here and slammed the window in my face. I orded a double quarter pounder with no pickles and extra cheese I got a double quarter pounder with pickles and no cheese. I also ordered a big Mac no pickles extra chesse got one with pickles and regular cheese. And did not get my nuggets. This place is ghetto and a scam stay far away from this location!!!!

Just an honest hit and miss. For moths they had new workers that were absolutely great! And the food was always hot! Lately, the lines have been slow and the food has been just okay. Also, closing the lobby during the day time is extremely annoying; This location is good for that way too often.

Ordered a #3 McMuffin and a #4 sausage/egg. Got my food and after going about 5 miles down the road I reached into the bag and no sausage biscuit.
I understand getting the order wrong occasionally, but not even completing the order at all? Really... it's not that hard to put all of the food in the bag.
So... I go back to the restaurant and got my order. Drove another 5 miles or so down the road, unwrapped my food...
JUST A BISCUIT AND SAUSAGE! Not the sausage/egg biscuit I ordered. Just a dry biscuit and a sausage patty, which was not what I ordered.
So... didn't give me all my food the first time and gave me the wrong food when I went back to get the rest of my order.
I know it's not a life changing or world ending problem, but is it really too hard to make sure you're giving the customer the complete and the correct order? Geez! They even made it easy for you by giving everything a freakin' number and you still messed it up.

Didn't receive all of my order .Got 3 things home and tried to call and no answer .
Went to eat inside at around 8 pm, inside is closed, overheard the guy outside say there was no one coming inside so they closed drive through said they were understaffed, mmmk...., over $8 for a happy meal and questioned the price, drive through person was not friendly, my mcdouble looked like it had been sitting out for hours, needless to say we will not be back, and highly suggest you stay far away from this location.

Order some Cookies the first time they were real cold and then I went back up there to return it and they just threw the same cookies in the steamer and gave it right back it’s always at night time
