Very poor customer service i was waiting for 10 minutes to order my food they ignored me and they say after 15 minutes they don't have meat for hamburgers. Increíble all the floor with food no good for cleanliness this place

Terrible service. We placed an order through the app and waited in the dining area for 25 minutes at the table listed in the order. When the order was ready, no one even called us. On top of that, they forgot to give us our drinks.

Tried to get a quick breakfast. I was the only person in line. Only one Worker doing the drive-thru and the Counter. She didn't even look at me. I walked out with no breakfast. Will not return.

I swear it’s always something at this McDonald’s. Last time they gave my order to someone else. I had my phone in my hand showing my mobile order code. They said “order for Lisa” and an older lady stepped up and said yes. I was also standing there saying yes and held my phone up to show the code. She gave it to the other lady. Then after I debated with her for a few minutes she went and snatched the order from the old lady that had sat down who was still proclaiming to be me.

Ordered mobile then get my food and cashier said they were out of pumpkin pies so I requested something else in place she said they have no deserts in place so then I asked about a refund she said it will automatically refund from the app which is not true
Literally the worst McDonald’s in the country. Employees are standing around while my food is getting cold because they’re too lazy to put it in the bag. Girl, in the back preparing the food is also eating while working. What a mess.

I ordered the Big Mac meal. This is my second time here, and both times I had to wait way too long for my order. The tables were dirty and the atmosphere was unpleasant. On my first visit, the fries were cooked in old oil — you could really taste it. They need to take cleanliness and service quality much more seriously.
