The ugliest station in the world, it smells bad, I don't want to eat there, I can't shower because the bathrooms inside are useless.

The most useless food I got from them was a chicken sandwich in which they only put two pieces of tomato and overcooked the chicken which made the chicken taste bad. You order food on this but your money will be wasted. Their service is very useless.

My expectations are already low, but this place successfully made other McDonald's restaurants not seem as bad.

First impressions are everything and I was indeed NOT impressed at all. Upon walking in dining room is not as clean as it should be given the minimal traffic at this location for it to be located in a truckstop.

Not one of the employee in the establishment was wearing an identifying name tag as to let customers know whom they was talking to nor did the employees greet themselves to customer in a positive manner.

The food prep employees making orders were not wearing gloves while preparing food. I witness employees answering their cell phone while taking orders in front of customers.

I would hate to see what the food prep station and back area looks like as the lack of customer service. The employees dedication to the McDonalds brand here is definitely not on par with the vision the founding father of the brand had envisioned.

The customers that visit here whether it be a truck driver, a visitor or a local person should be greeted with respect and their food should always be prepared they way that it was intended to be FRESH.

I myself do not like eating at establishments because of the fear of getting sick due to the risk of food borne illnesses which has happened to me on more than one occasion.

I noticed upon writing this review that not one single reply has been granted to any previous review of the establishment. That in itself should tell you that the franchise owner of this establishment doesn’t give a damn about patrons.

The franchise owner of this establishment should indeed be ashamed of themselves for the way this establishment in ran.

Lastly I noticed after the fact that I was charged an .80¢ drink upcharge that I neither asked for nor was I informed about beforehand. The (.80¢ x thousands of people a day) that are unaware of this is thousands of dollars in the hands of someone.

I will indeed be forwarding my review to corporate McDonalds.

Have not eaten a burger in a long time. Decided, let me try a quarter pounder..... Wrong. Meat was burned, onions were tough light string. Had to wait for the girl to get to me for my order due in part. There were two young males just reaching over the counter, taking what they wanted. Trying to give her a RedBull canned drink. They were playing like they owned the joint. It just seemed to be a place were ex employees came to hang. It was just wrong on all points...... Get some people in there who really want to work like professionals.

The male taking my order was in such a hurry, that he didn't put it in the register. He kept saying "ok Love," while I was giving my order. He didn't get half the food items I ordered.

There were 4 people there, only 2 doing anything, work related, made service slow, took over 30 minutes to get my order taken and get my food. If the other 2 employees were helping at all, would have been faster, I believe..
