McDonalds on Woodrow Wilson Ave Jackson MS rendered horrible service this morning. The person taking drive through orders ignored the customers at the second lane. I had to yell over to the 1st lane to let them know there were cars in the 2nd drive through lane.
I was at the second lane waiting for 20 minutes as I watched 6 or 7 cars get service . After I finally got my order placed and got my food after about 10 minutes at the window. Then was told to pull over to wait for...read full review
The staff could not have been any ruder. Not to mention 5 mins out of the parking lot we found a screw in our tire! That $15 road food just cost us $400 for a new tire.
Seriously. The girl handing us our food might as well threw it at us.
Do not stop here if traveling I20!
