This place absolutely needs to be shut down everybody the hire doesn't do their job .i have had 3 bad experiences my only times going. 1 How do you order online but when you get there they don’t have it . 2 order from here in the drive thru waiting on my food and still didn’t get all my food . 3 order from there they literally gave me a Big Mac with no patty and then the mangers comes trying to apologize saying his works where on weed and continued to let them work . It’s really sad people can’t get a decent meal

I was kind of skeptical at first because all restaurants in a fast food chain are not the same, but the last 5 McDonald’s establishments I have visited had exceptional service. That smoky double cheeseburger with bacon is, oooh mouth drooling) a spectacular piece of culinary art.

40 minutes for breakfast sandwich n hash browns kept telling me it up soon but 4 separate people( black I'm white) came in ordered n got served while I wait...got supervisor sitting in dining room interviewing new employees and manager flitting around doing almost nothing so I gave my receipt to supervisor on my way out said 40 minutes to dang long n 4 others got served after I came in!! Keep receipt n order I never be back!!

I just spent 31$ and all my food was cold all of it my mc chicken was hard AF my mcdouble was dry and my sweet tea tasted old I'm pissed because when I pulled up all the workers were standing outside I didn't want to give it the one star

I was in drive thru but the line was at a standstill for over ten minutes so I went inside using the app. I was in there for over 15 before I received my food and nothing was correct. I ordered a 6 piece nugget for my nephew and it only came with 3, I was missing all sauces from the rest of the orders and I had to remind them to get my sweet tea. They were yelling with the cooks in the back, there was a female employee just walking around not paying attention to line at the register. One of the male employees who was bagging the food yelled to the people taking orders to stop taking them. Overall it was a mess and I don’t plan on going back there.
Seemingly, there's people here who absolutely hate their job, so the have bad attitudes with customers. You don't get what you pay for.

After church I thought I would get me the big Mac meal with a coke zero in the drive through the fries were horrible the bread with my big Mac was hard and tough and they gave me a. Diet coke I don't drink diet coke because I have diabetes and I wasn't going to drive back over there I wasted my money period I had to ask where is my drink no straw the people hollering and making all kinds of noise inside I can't keep losing money like this and I have a video of it shame on you and if you don't have coke zero let me know so i can choose something else

Horrible location. I advise the manager. I want to make sure my order was correct. This man touched everything and open up my sandwich with his bare hands and said it was made correctly. It wasn't it had pickles on it.
Me and my daughter came in I got my order. She waited 20 minutes. We both waited 10 minutes for drinks. I would love to show you guys how to multitask I would love to manage you guys and show y'all how it's done for one day. You have a $5 special fries were coming up hot Make five bags of small fries, three medium, three large. Make all the drinks and then get your food because it's never ready. Sorry but the man on duty. It was ridiculous to standing there and waiting 10 and 15 minutes for drinks. While food was getting cold. People walked in and left this location. Really needs to get it together. I happen to like McDonald's but I stopped going for years because of horrible service. Bad old food not being prepared correctly. Now you have to wait long periods for bad food that's not being prepared correctly this is truly sad and sorry place.Bad bad management all the time.
