Mississippi Cold Drip Coffee and Tea Co.

We LOVE this cold brew! We’ve always picked some up when we go shopping for our regular coffee and it has been our GO TO afternoon summer pick me up. The last time we got some, the coffee came out tinted green. I emailed the company to let them know and received an email back very quickly assuring that it was a reaction with the old flavoring and they would send a replacement with the new flavoring they started using. It didn’t take long and we got our new coffee in the mail. And they didn’t send one but FOUR new bottles! It MORE than makes up for one oddly tinted bottle. Excellent customer service and amazing coffee

We had the coffee while in Mississippi. I decided to order on line when I got home. There was a problem with one of the coffees. Contacted the company, they replaced my one coffee with 3 of the larger bottles. That is great customer service. Will order again.

I just love this coffee concentrate! I mix mine with almond milk using a frother, add sweetener and I have a delicious afternoon pick me up. My favorites are Mississippi Turtle and Salted Carmel. Also good to make espresso martinis ! I always have it on hand. love it

I originally found a bottle of this coffee concentrate at a grocery store, bought it, loved it so much I ordered more from their website. I think I've tried just about all of the flavors and every one of them has been fantastic, very good stuff! My sister tried it and loved it at as well, she's also ordered more from the website. We really like it, and their customer service is great!

My absolute favorite cold brew ever! The Mississippi Turtle is my go-to, favorite, but they are all so good. And the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a purchase made at a local grocer who carries the brand and they immediately made it right, above and beyond my expectations. I’m a fan for life.
