I used to go to this location every Tuesday but I've been gone. This occasion will be my last. I was first customer at 11am. Everything looked dry like it had been out all night, no salsa made whatsoever, super bland, and the prices had went up. For a steak bowl and drink I paid over $20. Never again.

Terrible experience and it wasnt even the staff's fault! The systems here seem awful, no one working seems to be set up for success and probably aren't paid enough to deal with what they have to. Bouncing between online orders and a line of people is hard. No one was communicating with each other. It took 20 minutes to get one item made even longer because they accidentally gave our food to someone else. Unfortunately they also charged us for the wrong item because they had to be doing 4 things at once because there wasn't enough staff. Management must be a nightmare. Would never return

The food was good but not all of it was fresh. The cashier ignored me I had to get his attention for him to take my order. The Moe’s in Byram is so much better. The restaurant was no clean and I will never eat here again

First timer! The ladies were so nice to the customers. I have to be fair and go back again bc I was sick that day and I couldn't really enjoy my food when I got home.

I’m giving the service 2 stars because they are great during the day. But DO NOT GO AT NIGHT. The past 3 times we went after 7 were horrible. My sister ordered the more meat more cheese bowl. This time they were out of pico and avocado. We were ok with this for the time being. When it came to add the meat, my sister only wanted one scoop of meat. She just didn’t want that much protein at the time. Understandable right?? Wrong. After she told the first worker that the one scoop of meat was perfect, another worker grabbed her bowl to add more protein. She told him that that’s not what she wanted and he, along with another worker argued that she HAD to get the extra meat. They said she had to get extra meat because the bowl was called ‘moe meat moe cheese’. They then proceeded to charge her $3 for a 4oz small cup of cheese. why not give her extra cheese then???? If you want someone to tell you how to fix YOUR plate then visit this restaurant after 7:00.

Food: seasoned rice had super hard pieces throughout it. Bought 3 regular cups ($2.49+tax) for tea, which I had to wait for, didn’t mind! Noticed that the food wasn’t up to par and was ready for my drink. Went to see that the tea wasn’t ready, still , but opted for bottled drinks instead. Bought 3 bottled drinks ($3.49+tax) & asked if I could pay the difference between the bottle and the cup, and the manager (black shirt guy) must’ve couldn’t comprehend what I asked and I still ended up paying for 3paper cups and 3 bottled drinks ($20+) while DINING IN FOR DRINKS AND THE FOOD WAS $56 !!! watched my mans put his hand in the picture of tea to stir it and I just know I only saw the fixer wear gloves! ?
Service: they do not greet! They look at you and see that you may be confused, they don’t ask questions. Manager on duty seem to be really irritated with today not sure if it’s personal problems or job related. But he sure ain’t give me my money back from them damn drinks ! ? hope his day/ week gets better !

There’s a smoothie king next door. as I sit and write this review , I see why this restaurant is probably always empty. That smoothie king Jump, said these locals must know something about Moe’s, that is out of towners don’t ? The customer service is poor , and their food is subpar . I’ve come 3 times and each time I’ve gotten something DIFFERENT!

Why is it so hard to be consistent with your food items? I know prices are going up, but I just got a bowl today that seemed like it had BOILED rubbery chicken on it and i got white meat chicken. I have never experienced this with yall.. it had no seasoning on it. The peppers are always bad and the rice has been hard. If you're going to raise prices atleast work with your employees to make sure the food is cooked properly especially for customers that have been loyal.
