This location is pathetic! This is the second time in which I’ve gone to this location and the cashier doesn’t know how to use the register to apply my coupon code. She looked at me and stated that it’s not taking it. So I looked at her as she continued to tap keys on the register. So she stopped and looked at me as I’m looking at her thinking she was going to go get some help because it was obvious that she didn’t know what she was doing. She then tell me the price again and did not apply my coupon. So, I then asked her why she was charging full price and she stated that my coupon wasn’t taking. The expiration was clearly showing that this coupon was within the time frame as to where I could use it. I just left without any food and went to the Madison location where I had absolutely no problems using my coupon. I gave him my phone number, my coupon was applied and off I go…. a happy customer with my food. The Jackson location definitely needs to train their staff. It’s the blind leading the blind in that location. Last time I had this same problem and their were two people trying to assist the cashier and nobody knew what they were doing. I had to leave and go to Madison that time as well. I definitely won’t be going back to the Jackson location. They show no concern at all.

Sadly I had to order through Uber eats. My car recently broke down and I’m 8 1/2 pregnant and starving so I have to eat lol. They didn’t fulfill all of my order. I was missing items. Not only that but my ground beef burrito was all rice and no beef. On top of all of this.. like most places in this ridiculous town they don’t answer the phone due to being lazy. I’ll be getting a free as soon as I get my car back. That’s for sure.
The people working were really nice; however, the food set up was not so nice. The food containers were so low. The guy that prepared my order had to scrap to get the pico out. The rice was hard and cold. I’ve never seen that at any other Moe’s. I really wish it was better.

The restaurant was clean and in order. The staff was nice and did not give any issues. Didn’t take long to get my order. Never tried the stacker but the lady in front of me got one with steak chicken and ground beef for $22. I only got chicken lol. Definitely like Moes more than the Chipotle. Can’t get with their cilantro rice. All in all good spot and I would recommend.
