Jamal at the Hattiesburg Newks is amazing! A true make it happen man! I ordered a salad and forgot to get the dressing ordered on the side. When he delivered it and saw the sad expression on my face, he jumped right in and redid the salad with no questions asked. Watching him interact with customers is a joy. He is kind and even fist-bumps. We need more Jamals in the world!

I found hair in my food in they just threw my salad in the bag had them remake it in they still mess up my order first time trying it won’t be back spent $22 for a salad in it wasn’t worth I throw the whole salad in the trash !!!

Ordered through bite squad. Driver Michael, was great! My soup was wonderful and my salad was blahhh! Added chicken to my caesar, but all my romaine was the very tough ends of the lettuce and no croutons! If i had known i would have ordered bread! The manager Sam, said because croutons are a free add on they don’t have to inform me so i can change. Maybe so, but croutons are not an add on to Caesar salad, they’re an integral ingredient to the recipe.And the lettuce was so tough it was nearly inedible. Not a good experience when i spent $28 to receive my food

I just picked up a a turkey avocado and a chicken club and those both were the worst I have ever had. The meat tasted old or stale. Could not eat either one. Today is December 16, 2019. The location was in Ridgeland ms.

Very disappointed with the Shrimp and avocado salad. I get this all the time but this time it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. When you complain you get “Oh it’s the salad dressing”. Well all the other 20 plus times I’ve gotten it it wasn’t spicy at all! I’m so angry and disappointed.

Bad service, William, call hisself a manager, don't know how to take care his customers, he needs to attend some leadership courses. If I am a regular customer and I literally goes in Newk's just about every evening, same location and order the same thing, and the same people be there. Why can't they get my order correct, I can see if I ordered something different and different employees. And, then after I corrected William, he gets an attitude, completely I will take my money elsewhere, where it is appreciated. I ask for my money back, because William don't appreciate good regular customers.

re: Lafayette, LouisianaWeeks ago, I made arrangements for a large group to meet at the Lafayette location. Somehow there was a miscommunication and the Sunday night people were not made aware that we were coming. To make matters worse, by accident, we found out 40 minutes AFTER the restaurant closed for the 4th of July holiday and only an hour and a half before we were scheduled to arrive. So when I called to find out if they were really closed...someone actually, very cheerfully, answered the phone. I explained the situation. Laura Beth ran to the back and found Damon before he left. The two of them agreed to give up their holiday to keep the store open. "Keep" is probably the wrong word. Everything was already broken down and cleaned for the two day holiday. The two of them re-stocked, planned out seating, and handled the entire party alone. We were treated like we were friends of the owners. I have seldom been impressed with that level of hospitality....and I live in south Louisiana where hospitality is king. Thirty people were seated that night. Thirty people will be repeat customers along with their friends and family. Thank you Newk's. The food choices were great; but, your choice of staff exceeded any expectations we could have had.
