Amazing food, some of the best I've ever had. Steak fingers are a personal favorite, but all chicken and steak items are great. The pita bread, green beans, and fried mashed potatoes are fantastic. The 2 sauces (tarragon and the pink sauce) are terrific. Can't go wrong with Chef K's food. Be sure to follow him on Instagram/Facebook so you know when he's in town!

I stopped at the outlet and got some of his food and it was outstanding beef filet mignon with that sauce was heavenly an addictive I wanted to go back. Grand prairie there's a new sheriff in town

Great service, great food! Im so sad he moved location. He is missed but we take it like an adventure and go see him in Jackson. His sauce is delicious, mashed pot, every Ive tried so far has been great!

We decided to give this place a try because the reviews were so positive. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to hype. The place advertises that the truck opens at six, this wasn't the case last Friday night as he didn't start taking orders until 6:35. Normally I would've left but I had my heart set on steak and chicken. Despite the fact that I was one of the first cars to pull up I somehow found myself at the back of the line. Not a good start but nothing some excellent food couldn't make up for right?!? Well, the flavor was certainly there but the texture of the steak was similar to eating beef jerky. The chicken had a great smoke flavor but again a little dried out. The soggy fries were thrown on top and lathered with sauce which I didn't mind but would've liked the option to have it on the side. On a positive note the owner knowing I was a new customer threw in some fried steak fingers. These were absolutely delicious. I will probably give him another try as I'm well aware that everyone cannot always be at their best.
