I lived in One University Place about ten years ago and, judging from the comments, the management hasn't changed much. The property manager wouldn't change our locks after we showed her that we could lock our door. She said that they had cameras and that would keep us safe. The property manager was rude especially about tenants parking near the building. She even go into an altercation with tenants out in the apartment parking lot. Avoid living there at all cost because it's loud, ghetto and overpriced.

Poor management. Unable to speak to management via the telephone. They only communicate using emails. You are promised a zoom meeting which never occurs. I’ve been waiting for two months for a zoom meeting. Uncooperative and disrespectful staff members.

They have went through 3 managers in 2 years. Worst of them all. Make sure you keep copies of your deposit made. I am having trouble getting my deposit back after two years. I would never recommend anyone. Zero stars.

I am mrs Roy, we are living in One university place from like 1.5 years, from last 3/4 months the management behave like worst more than worst we are thinking not to lease again. They dont want to help the resident when anything happened in the APARTMENTS, FOR Everything they are saying you do it yourself or pay this much. starting from key to anything in the apartment they are are behaving like we are staying in apartment freely.

The JSU Foundation should be ashamed of themselves for running such a poorly constructed and poorly maintained property. The first floor is occupied by an Event group and they have parties that run into the early mornings. The music is so loud you cannot hear your own television. They don’t change the air filters or spray the apartments on a regular basis. The gnats are so bad that it’s like living in a third world country. JSU students make up the majority of the residents so be prepared to live in a dormitory like setting. There is trash everywhere the stairways are filthy etc etc. Walk down the hallways and smell all of the marijuana smoke. I haven’t even mentioned the parking. The manager (Jerri) is very strick but she cares about the residents and the property. My advice is to stay away.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an apartment complex. I cannot get anyone on the phone ever! Jerri is over the apartments and she took all of my information and never got back in touch with me. It is very unprofessional and I am now very upset and want to speak with whomever is over Jerri.

Weard place to stay. Horrible manager and staff.they don't have manners. It is too costly to stay here in compare with facility.only one thing favourable is near to jsu but once u stay the manager will make it life horrible. Don't lease here or ask for short term lease like 3months/6.for long term it's not a good place.if u r caring for ur money then don't lease long term.
