Ooh Lala’s is top tier!! We’ve used them for several events to provide layered cakes, wedding cakes, custom blondies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, custom rice krispy cakes, cupcakes & more! Every item was crafted with care & detail, and tasted AMAZING!! I can’t state that enough!! Additionally, the customer service is never lacking! Sonya is patient, kind & communicates professionally … which is so appreciated! I highly recommend Ooh Lala’s for baked goods that are moist, delicious, completed with care, and accompanied by service that is customer centered!

Did not design cake as requested even with pictures sent in. Claimed they could design cakes but they were nothing like what I ordered. The cakes were very dry and had a weird taste. The chocolate tasted like some kind of German Chocolate flavor but certainly not chocolate. Then I was told no refund after 24 hours which I had already told the young lady it was for a party on another day so we couldn't possibly know the taste or texture until the party.
