Outback Steakhouse

I have been to this location since my parents first took me when i was a kid and tonight was the best experience i have had so far with Lucie T as our waitress, she had a smile that was contagious and a great sense of humor. She was the best. Thank you!

The food was uninspired. The shrimp were grilled to toughness , & the steak was just a hunk of meat on a plate. The vegetables were mushy. The 1-star is for the servers. They were great! So hate I paid for that meal!

Very good service. Our waiter was the best!!!! Billy W. was patient and very helpful. And with our big crowd, we needed him.

Service was lacking a bit. Pretty much had to flag down my waitress every time I needed her. The food was not up to par. From what I could tell the last two times I went, and I've seen this happen right before a restaurant closes down, good tipping customers no longer frequent this establishment. Therefore the good servers and cooks have quit and moved on. The customers that now frequent this restaurant are the selfish and entitled type. The type that will show up with a party of 2 or 12, they'll stay for hours, send food back over and over again, they'll be loud and obnoxious, work there servers like rented mules all night and will finally leave without leaving a single dime for a tip. The Memphis Virus. They cause the deaths of businesses of all types. Once they infest a business, death is imminent. So far its killed hundreds of restaurants, 3 malls, the Mid South Fair, Maywood Pool and many other places.

This is a place I love to take my family members for birthday dinner and just eating out everyone is so nice ?

An awesome restaurant serving tantalizing food and drinks that'll fulfill a hungry appetite, so if ever in the Jackson, MS area stop by and enjoy yourself in comfortable place with friends, family or co-workers. You won't be disappointed and that's a fact. Friendly and courteous staff members will treat you well.

This restaurant is clearly one of the most attractive place to eat in the neighborhood. Every time I go there I am remarkably satisfied. They always keep their high level service and the highest level of dishes they give. You always win with this restaurant. Very recommended.

We were there over 30 min before getting water. Another 30 before salads were delivered. Then another 30 for meal. It was good but very slow n they weren't busy. Wonder why

The steak was cooked just right! The whole meal was great!

Tony W was an awesome server. Before going to Outback I called and got Tony B on the phone. He answered all my questions with joy. I was surprised to get him as a server.

Had to wait for tables to be cleaned before we could be seated, food was great, server was nice but slow.

Horrible service, the waitress only came to get our order, she sent other people to get drink order and appetizer order and refill. Food for the most part was good. Our blooming onion was over cooked. Only reason it gets a 2 star is because our steaks were on point. Remind me to skip Outback in Jackson, MS next time coming through.

Poor service today. No waiters, got order and ticket wrong. Got there at 12:45 finally left at 2:30.

Staff was rude as all get out. Dead bugs in my salad. Tried to replace appetizer and the manager said I could eat it w entree. But they brought it out in a to go box and bag. Steaks cooked wrong. Horrible experience. Not worth the drive or the money. Needs to be shut down
