I order food on the app at 5 pm and 6:530 a worker called my phone trying verify a payment, of course I’m lost because I always pay with cash and door dash never bring my food a papa John’s worker always bring my food, the worker put on hold after talking because something needed to be clear with the manager trying figure out the problem when I’ve never had one, so the manger gets on the phone rude as hell and I’m trying to explain while I’m on hold and etc and go smart with me. I’ll never order from here again I don’t care if I do have drive to Madison. I’ve been waiting a whole hr and something on some food that we never received!!!! Customer service sucks!!!! And I will be sending corporate a email , I’ve never had this problem

All my experiences with this papa johns have been positive. My pizza was always good hot and fresh. Their service was always good but with all places like this depending on how many orders they have they can sometimes be slow. The atmosphere is nice for a walk in pick up your pizza kind of spot it is. Prices are acceptable and they have lots of varieties to choose from.

It was a great night to visit Papa John's on E Northside Drive tonight. My daughter’s favorite is gluten-free pizza. Thanks to Clifton Walton, we got the best pissa yet! I also got a large Shack o roni! But it was so great to get that wonderful, friendly customer service from Clifton! I've love this pizza chain ever since the first time I tried their pizza (I can't remember how many years ago. They have stayed true to their flavor and I don't believe that it has changed one bit in my opinion over the years. (Not even from Old Coke to New Coke 😔) and back again if you know where I went with that. Will always go back to Papa John's as my favorite. I believe. they know what their people like and they have never tried to change that.....

I waited over 40 minutes for cold pizza. The worst papa John’s I have ever been to. Then I told the worker my wings sauce tasted like BBQ instead of Honey Chipotle and they never replaced the wings. She told me that is was honey chipotle when I in fact tasted bbq.
Pizza was not delivered to my house. Store suggested that it was stolen from my porch and there was nothing they could do. Said that the doorbell was rung when pizza was delivered, I do not have a doorbell.

I ordered pizza again tonight and I ordered the works again that's what I always order it cost $31 plus delivery for 16-in pizza that had 2 inches wide crust they did not even take the toppings to the sides of the crust. The last time I ordered it took three deliveries to get the pizza correct they kept sending me a pepperoni pizza I just don't understand why I'm paying $31 for what technically is a 14-inch pizza because if you leave on the side that's a 14-in

Waited 2 hours for our pizza and it was delivered to the wrong house. We never got the pizza and told us we would have to wait another 40 minutes for them to remake it. I never complain but this is just ridiculous.

This Papa John’s location is the local pizza place for the LeFleur East area. On the corner of Maywood Mart, just off the intersection of Northside and Old Canton Road, it is easy to get to and easy to get in and out of.
