I ordered a pizza from Pappa Johns via Uber Eats. The idiot driver left the pizza somewhere else. Ignored instructions.I never received the pizza. They never called or tried to contact me.I called Pappa Johns, and the nasty woman hung up on me.This is sad to see what our country has come to having to deal with such losers!!!

Breathtaking experience. Placed order at 10:56, now is 12:41, called after about an hour to see where the driver was, was told they on the way, called again about 15 min later, same story, called 10 min after, was told they dont know what the driver does after they leave the store. Well heres what was delivered after almost 2 hours of waiting ??? speechless. Good job ?

I placed the order online at 4:39 p.m. It was to be delivered in 39 minutes. We received no follow-up information on our order, until I finally called at 5:25 and asked about the status of our order. We were informed that they were completing it right then. Really???!!! And then it has to wait and be delivered? We have not used them for awhile because of their horrible service, we probably won't anymore.Side note: The delivery driver, Sam, who was an older gentleman, was wonderful! He was very pleasant and friendly!

This is the 4th time a driver has forgotten to bring the drink ordered with the pizza. I’ve had one delivery driver that was helpful but every other time I’m just stared at like “ok, and what am I supposed to do” and I get it, it’s just a soda and it can be comped. But I do also want to receive the items that I order.

Wow! We ordered pizza from them and when I say the pizza was amazing.. it really was! Everything was fresh and hot! We were VERY pleased with our food. It was so good I forgot to take pictures lol . I managed to get the after lol
