I called to place a delivery order and they messed up my address and name for my order, then end up telling me basically it’s nothing they can do for the inconvenience when THEY put the address and name in the system wrong. John, the manager, did not care about this big inconvenience, nor try to offer any compensation. Be careful ordering from them! They don’t listen and don’t take accountability.

Our delivery was over 20 minutes late. When I called to check, a young lady said it would be delivered in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, we still had no pizza. When I called again, a young man said the driver was just walking out the door. When I complained to the manager, he didn’t care. He just said send the pizza back if you don’t want it!!!! No apology. No offer to make the situation right. Was rude and said my only choice was to send it back.
