Papitos Mexican Restaurant

This restaurant is horrendous the food is not real Mexican food it's all WHITE?people cooking the food .NONE of the waitresses speak Spanish and they're all white. The food was not seasoned .And when I asked for salsa they brought me ketchup horrible definitely white washed not Hispanic food at all!!!!!!I wish I could give it 0 stars !!

Best karaoke ever in town

The service was not the best but the food was hot and correct. Drinks are overpriced and not even close to strong. Also turns into club after a certain time and I was not aware.

Papitos has the worst customer service. I called to make a call in order and was told I couldn't make one but come in and order. I asked what's the difference between calling in and coming and was hung up on. I called back several times with no answer.Also another night we waited on our waiter forever the week prior and didn't receive our complementary items like chips and salsa.Save your money, they're a much better Mexican Restaurants in the Ridgeland area.

I don't give a zero because it's not possible. Bad customer service, bad food, and rude staff. My order took more than 1:30 hour to be ready. They messed up all the orders, and did not take mine and some others. I would never recommend this place, and I will never come back there.

I was greeted at the door by a very friendly and humourus host. Once seated, i watched two waiters run back and forth pass me for over 15 minutes. Never acknowledged I was there, no beverage, no chips n salsa, not even a wink. There were 2 large parties there complaining about the weak house drinks... otherwise, the place was empty. Meanwhile, an additional waiter lurking out the patio door making no effort to assist. I'm sorry... 15 minutes is far to long to wait to be acknowledged in an almost empty resturant.

I wish they had a 3rd of a Star. This has to be the most unsanitary place I have been to in a long time. Restrooms were horrible. Shortly after we were seated for a party, we had a special unwanted guest (José the Roach) to appear unexpectedly on the table waiting to place its order as well. Manager took off gratuity for the incident for the appearance of the unwanted guest. It did take a while for the waiter to get our orders correct. We didn't even get a refill on our drinks. Some of the customers even had to walk to the bar, order their own drinks, and then return to their table. Customer service was at its worst. The manager promised to discount our tickets. He did not do as promised. I will NOT be giving them any more of my business.

We found this delightful Mexican restaurant when we evacuated Florida and came to Jackson MS. Staff were friendly and our waiter was excellent. The food was great and served nicely. The owner made it a point to welcome us and talk about the hurricane. Affordable, ambience and fun. Cannot say enough good about Papitos. Just wish he would open one in Tampa Bay area.

Fair prices and fast friendly service with a smile is what you will find at Papitos Mexican restaurant.

Pretty good food at a great price during lunch.

Terrible! We had to send our food&drinks back on 3 occasions for bugs crawling through them and the manager just said it's because of the plants as if that makes it ok.

Decent enough

Took too long for food to be served! Manager was rude.

My Fiancé and I love Papitos! We go there at least once a month. Great date night!
