UPDATE: The pizza was left on my front porch at 1 pm the next day. Clearly a day old. Neither the store, nor Pizza Hut Corporate, will respond to me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Pizza was never delivered, despite the delivery person claiming it was âhandedâ to me. I tried calling the delivery driver, as well as the store itself, and never got any answer. Even the Pizza Hut corporation was no help, as they just sent me a hollow apology and a statement that theyâd sent my complaint to the store.
If you want to be sure your money isnât taken, and you actually receive your pizza, order from somewhere else.

I was visiting Jackson Mississippi, ordering my food for myself, and my family never received food and went to locate food was sitting in warm. I request to be delivered. I call pizza but told it was on the Way far from the truth

I was not satisfied with the amount of extre meat I paid for. Nevertheless the pizza was okay.
I had made a order but I realized it was at the wrong store and asked them to cancel it but never got my points back or nothing

Do not order from here. They took our money, didn't deliver the food, then wouldn't answer the phone. Based on the other reviews, it's clearly not just us. It's a scam and I'm sure they know it since no complaints go anywhere and you can't even get ahold of them.

I order 2 liters Pepsi did not receive with my order. Contact pizza hut manager she said what you want me to do and hung up in my face. I called back the one who gave door dash my order said I gave them your 2 Pepsi then hung up in my face. Very bad customer service. I spent almost 100.00. Don't order from this Pizza Hut. They need to fire the whole staff. They are not worth rating.

Voiced my issue online but nothing. Second issue, other was with a different store few months back, and nothing. GM in restaurants so I get the struggles obstacles etc. This location served me a pizza that was not cooked or maybe gluten free. Pizza hut normally is good. Last two visits to different stores has not been good. Voice a complaint then nothing says shop somewhere else because we don't care
