I ordered a pizza today and the pizza was dry and the box looks pre-used and the corners were bent. I tried to contact customer service (website) and called the phone number to no avail. I see why people are choosing to go to a different franchise Dominos or Papa John).

I ordered online for pick up and used my rewards for a free pizza. We love Pizza Hut! But tonight, the pizza was less than expected. The lady at the window was so rude! She was on a personal call that she had on speaker, she asked my name but obviously couldn’t hear me well over her very loud phone call, she then said that I need to speak up which is just crazy to me! I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese on my pizza which was obviously not put on there. I think we’re just going to have to drive a little further when ordering from Pizza Hut in the future bc this is not it!
LOVE THAT STUFF CRUST AND THAT BIG CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.. WE CAN ALWAYS COUNT COUNT ON THE BEST TO BIND THE CONNER WHEN WE HUNGARY ...LOVE THE SERVICE.

RIDICULOUS…. Placed the order of a veggie pizza and she told me to wait 10-15 minutes, after a long wait of 35 minutes I pulled the car drive thru , and when asked for my order , she was still unconscious , the staff was so lazy with high attitude , they should talk with their manager for a day off or start pay attention and take care of their customers ….

I place an order online and when I got there my food wasn’t ready. What’s the point of ordering if I still have too wait. When I received the wings they was hot and tasted like they could have been cook longer. Like they still needed to be cook longer.

Jackson Mississippi have the worst fast food places and I'm going to keep exposing that. This Pizza Hut just moved to a new location service is always bad and slow. Even when they're not busy they give you these long wait times. I had to advise her. I managed pizza for many years. It don't take that much time maybe for them. It's so easy for them to make you wait and still want your money instead of doing better. It takes 12 minutes to make a pizza and for it to be done, especially a personal pan. These people are so unprofessional. When you go to these places they think cuz you don't work there, you don't know how things work. Really stupid. Shame on you. You need better customer service.
