I place an order online and when I got there my food wasn’t ready. What’s the point of ordering if I still have too wait. When I received the wings they was hot and tasted like they could have been cook longer. Like they still needed to be cook longer.

Jackson Mississippi have the worst fast food places and I'm going to keep exposing that. This Pizza Hut just moved to a new location service is always bad and slow. Even when they're not busy they give you these long wait times. I had to advise her. I managed pizza for many years. It don't take that much time maybe for them. It's so easy for them to make you wait and still want your money instead of doing better. It takes 12 minutes to make a pizza and for it to be done, especially a personal pan. These people are so unprofessional. When you go to these places they think cuz you don't work there, you don't know how things work. Really stupid. Shame on you. You need better customer service.

I ordered a meat lover stuffed crust pizza, and when I got there to pick up my food and got back home it was a hand tossed crust.
Parking: There is about a 12 car parking lot
Kid-friendliness: They do a lot of stuff for the kids especially when you have coupons for the kids to have free pizza there is no problem with getting the order.
Wheelchair accessibility: People in a wheelchair can get in the restaurant. It's just the driveway has a lot of huge holes!
