Customer service is horrible and ghetto for lack of a better word. They act as if we work for them instead of the other way around. It’s normally the ladies that work the front counter. Horrible attitudes when we’re spending our money and keeping them in business.

That place is disfunctional. The workers stand around and talk. Talking about things that had nothing to do with Pizza Hut. I was in there to pick up an order. There where 4 or 5 workers at the front counter. Only one person at the register being rung up. I asked for my order and the girl that was sitting down screamed at the guy and stopped him from giving me the order. So he left and went to the back. I waited another five minutes to get an order that was waiting in the warmer. They all need to be retrained on customer service. I was forced to give this store a one star. Verrrry poor service.

This picture shows a thin crust pizza with bacon. The problem is… you can’t even tell there’s bacon on here. If bacon is in short supply, say you don’t have any. Stop charging extra for NOTHING! This was not a one time thing. Please do better.

I see alot of bad reviews from years ago. But CURRENTLY this is the BEST location in Jackson. That new manager do NOT play.. about that restaurant or them customers. He dont play with his staff. Of course there’s still going to be mistakes, they’re human, but he’s gone do whatever he gotta do to make it right rather its remaking the order and upsizing it at no additional charge, or giving u a huge credit for a future order. The past reviews do NOT reflect the current operating of Raymond road. My favorite for sho
