they dont put enough sauce on any of the pizzas. or if they do I cant taste it. tastes like a giant cheese cracker.

This will be the third time I have received pizza with no sauce whatsoever even when I add extra sauce same result so in good conscience I cannot recommend this place, spend the extra cash and go to Domino's or Papa John's. I want to like you guys, but come the hell on.

The lady at the window was very nice. My complaint is that I ordered two orders of wings and no ranch was provided. When I asked about it, I was told ranch no longer comes with wings. Therefore, I had to pay for ranch. That is ridiculous! We live in the south. We like ranch with our wings! Come on Pizza Hut. Get it together. So disappointing. Guess I’ll have to try Dominoes or Papa Johns here in Byram, MS smh.

My initial order was cold and late. I called the store and the manager said they would remake it and deliver it, 40 mins later still no pizza. So I called back and requested a refund. By this time I don't want anything from them. The manager said he would issue my refund. I asked for a receipt and he stated that he would take a pic of the refund receipt and text it to me and hung up on me. Never received a text but almost 2 hours later here comes another nasty pizza. The only reason I gave pizza hut another chance is because Domino's website was having trouble. Every time I have order from pizza hut it has never been right. And now they're just taking your money. Oh and I didn't mention that you have to call at least 10 times before you can get through. Don't waste your time or money on this place. If I could've given negative stars I would have.

I ordered 25 pizzas for our football team that was in town for a game. This location had our order ready at the exact time I requested and the pizza was fresh and hot for our boys! Great service

It was great!! I ordered online. Was a few minutes passed the time it was stated to be ready. But hey it was fresh when I got there. Drove up gave my name and was like royalty ?. Young lady smiled and went and got my order. Asked if I needed anything else? Then thanked me for doing business with Pizza Hut. It was a wonderful experience. This was my second visit. Got great service both times. Keep up the great work!!!
I placed an order online and waited the 25 minutes stated to travel 5 miles to the restaurant. Upon entering I was asked to pay for the order. I sat in the restaurant over an hour, people were coming in the restaurant and drive thru placing orders and getting their food. I NEVER got my food. I asked for a refund and was told it was not an option. They took my receipt, stating they were going to give me a credit and DID NOT. The employees were pulling trash and doing everything but preparing my order. Needless to say, I'm out of $30 with NO receipt or food. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Not sure what kind of employee hands them out. Called restaurant when we got home. Of course they didn't answer phone. That means both orders were wrong. I'm sure it'll be ignored. Super disappointed in the food we got last night. We ordered 2 big dinner boxes for our big family...let's just say most of it was left over. We basically got soup instead of pizza. Everyone has indigestion this morning, I'm trying to decide on whether or not I want to throw up. My 9yr old was up last night with heart burn, which is crazy to me, my husband has diarrhea this morning, it's a whole circus at my home rn. I've never had Pizza cause this many issues. The service was great when I picked it up last night, so that was fine. But whoever was putting the pizzas together wasn't cooking them all the way thru, because there was too much sauce for it too cook properly. It was ridiculous... I've never had such doughy, soupy pizza. Please, please, please don't load it down like that, it prevents it from cooking properly. I'm feeling sick even while writing this....I know it was a bunch of teens running the show last night, so I'm not mad, but I'm gonna have to just go back across the street to Papa John's in Byram. Never gotten sick from them. I can't believe I paid $70+ to make my family ill.
