I ordered a meal that came with an order of cheese sticks, they didn’t give them to the door dasher. I was literally calling them and they wouldn’t answer with the door dasher standing right next to them with me on the phone. I finally get in touch with the second shift supervisor and he didn’t know how to put my money for my missing item back on my card, he could only give me a store credit worth more but I didn’t want it because of the frustration and I didn’t want to have to use there services again. He told me to call the next day and the general manager could do it. I called the next day, the Gm was rude and condescending and even hung up in my face after I told her I just want my money back on my card because I don’t want to use there services again. I do not recommend any one to eat at this establishment until they learn to Value there customers.

Food was hot and ready as they said it would be.
So that above was from five years ago.
Today, placed an order at the window: Veggie pizza with a lot of bananas peppers and add chicken sausage on the entire pizza. I also ordered bone in wings; asked they they bedroom the wings so they would be fried before saucing. Well. This is what I got in the pictures below. Not happy. Donot want to eat here again.
Here's the problem: I came to your establishment placed my order at the windows, waited to be disappointed. If I wasn't working I would taken it all back and gotten. My money back. I didn't order a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of veggies and just a few of chicken sausage and a sprinkle of banana peppers. So a slap in the face and I paid over $40 dollars so this will not be a holiday place to visit for after turkey meals. #pizzahut #notpizzahut

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my repeated bad experiences with this Pizza Hut location. They have messed up my orders multiple times — and at this point, it feels intentional and petty. The management team is just as unprofessional, often treating both customers and staff with a harsh, careless attitude. Delivery takes nearly two hours every time, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, Eat here with caution!!!

My husband and I wanted to treat our kids to their favorite pizza restaurant tonight and no! Pizza Hut Employees did not disappoint! Great Customer Service from the cashier and also the rest of the team! Great Environment! Great Team and Reasonable Price! Also let's not Forget Great pizza food was awesome 😋

I never received my pizza . And when I called to talk to them about it .They put me on hold it rang and rang ,rang and then gave me a busy sound .
This will be the third time I have received pizza with no sauce whatsoever even when I add extra sauce same result so in good conscience I cannot recommend this place, spend the extra cash and go to Domino's or Papa John's. I want to like you guys, but come the hell on.

The lady at the window was very nice. My complaint is that I ordered two orders of wings and no ranch was provided. When I asked about it, I was told ranch no longer comes with wings. Therefore, I had to pay for ranch. That is ridiculous! We live in the south. We like ranch with our wings! Come on Pizza Hut. Get it together. So disappointing. Guess I’ll have to try Dominoes or Papa Johns here in Byram, MS smh.

My initial order was cold and late. I called the store and the manager said they would remake it and deliver it, 40 mins later still no pizza. So I called back and requested a refund. By this time I don't want anything from them. The manager said he would issue my refund. I asked for a receipt and he stated that he would take a pic of the refund receipt and text it to me and hung up on me. Never received a text but almost 2 hours later here comes another nasty pizza. The only reason I gave pizza hut another chance is because Domino's website was having trouble. Every time I have order from pizza hut it has never been right. And now they're just taking your money. Oh and I didn't mention that you have to call at least 10 times before you can get through. Don't waste your time or money on this place. If I could've given negative stars I would have.
