Maybe it's the pizza Hut locations in Jackson, MS, but the customer serviceis a ridiculous and pitiful experience. This is my 2nd time having horrible service at a Pizza Hut location here. Your Hwy 80 location is just plain out sad, your Terry Rd location doesn't even answer the phone. I understand high call volume, however I was answered THEN placed on hold THEN hung up on saying they're busy. What type of establishment is this? Who are the managers of these locations? Are y'all positive those particular ppl deserve to be in charge of such an environment because it's clearly being shown they have no clear sense of direction. I will continue to leave reviews especially for the Jackson, MS locations until something is done here. This is the saddest pizza Hut franchise in the US & I CAN SAY THAT BEING AS THOUGH I HAVE VISITED THE ESTABLISHMENTS ACROSS THE US; NORTH, NE, E, SOUTH, SE AND WEST. RIDICULOUSLY INCOMPETENT

I have to say I have not been to this pizza hut often but my experience was decent. My food was good service was acceptably fast and the atmosphere was okay. It's a typical walk in location. I will say the food could've been made quicker but I don't know how many orders they had ahead of me though and the wait was not super bad just a little bit longer than normal in other locations.

Even though my pizza was not ready at the time it was to be ready, that's cool. They had a HUGE order to come in. I get it. The guy at the front counter was A1. What I don't get is me ordering a pizza with extra cheese & there is a regular amount of cheese on it. I asked & paid for extra cheese for a reason. That wasn't even the worse. I live in Madison. I get home to eat my pizza & am very irritated. I have called this place 7 times. No one answered. All I want is my pizza to be remade or a credit. I've not eaten Pizza Hut in at least 8 years because I had a bad experience. Now here I go again. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE. I'm writing this so I have proof I wrote in & tried to contact. I didnt think of pics & im now in bed. Im not getting up to take pics.
UPDATE: Finally got a manager the next day. She was very nice & worked with me with my issue. I appreciate her. Ive no idea what her name is.

(Supreme pizza) 2) Overcooked cinnamon sticks !!! 3) Gave me a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni !!! 4) Undercooked Supreme Pizza !!! 5) Had to debate to get my refund back and they were very unprofessional and told me to send pics to their phones to prove everything which I didn’t do !!!

I called around 8 to see what time they stop taking orders and I was told before 12, I called at 9:25 and they put on recording that said they not taking orders. When I called back they hung up several times. So unprofessional.
