I called around 8 to see what time they stop taking orders and I was told before 12, I called at 9:25 and they put on recording that said they not taking orders. When I called back they hung up several times. So unprofessional.

10-9-24 today was my first order ever from this location. And first off the cashier had to call a manager over because she couldn't subtract $10 - $8.92 (She accidentally hit the $100 button & couldn't do the math in her head red flag). However my biggest issue was that they wet my pizza up with BBQ sauce. I'm not sure why they didn't wrap the wings in foil, or food paper. I'm disappointed, I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut since 2023.
This store has the rudest employees. I ordered a large spicy chicken sausage tavern style pizza cut into squares. When I got home the pizza was cut in squares but there was a gap or space in the pizza. The young girl on the register told me they can't cut the pizza in squares, so that is why it looked like that. I informed her that I have been to that pizza hut multiple times and I have never had an issue with cutting it in squares. She get someone else on the phone, I guess it was a manager or assistant with an attitude like I was wrong for calling about the pizza I purchased. I told her I would come back to either get a refund or another pizza made and she agreed to make another pizza. When I arrived, the cashier went and got someone, I don't know who she was but she looks at the pizza and tell me to shake the box and things will go into place. 😶😣🤔 No. I have never had an issue. A 3rd woman comes out like I am the problem because I wasn't pleased with my pizza, again I have never had an issue with how my pizza is cut..... Let me say this, if I pay for ANYTHING and my requests have been met each time, when I bring it to your attention and you look at me like I am the problem and your employees have no soft skills, yes my tone will change. 😐 The 3 females working need to change their attitudes if they want to remain in customer SERVICE. 🙄 I was a loyal customer, especially at that location but THEM. 😶👋🏾 Some corrective action need to be taken on THEM. 😐😒 I don't know their names nor do I care to know THEM, they are THEM to me. It happened today. 9/27/2024. I ordered on the app for pickup at 10:45a. Was it ready? No, how long did I wait? But I was still understanding, patient, and kind to THEM.

Upon arrival, it was noted that employees were not well-informed about current promotions and appeared disorganized. During my checkout process, a staff member from the back nearly caused my pizza to fall off the counter twice while replenishing the drink cooler, without acknowledging the incident on either occasion. The large pepperoni pizza that was ordered did not meet expectations in terms of taste. The crust had a rubbery texture, and the pizza lacked sufficient sauce and cheese. Overall, the order was unsatisfactory.

Both pizzas were terrible!! Since I was driving and had a deadline, I did not have time to return the order. They were not prepared according to my instructions, the crust was undercooked and raw on the bottom. Ingredients were missing. I tried to call to complain for over an hour but no one answered. We later ended up in the emergency room with food poisoning!! It had to be from the pizzas because that was all we each had eaten.
