I'm from out of state, visiting family for the upcoming holiday. Our tradition is pizza bc we are cooking for the big Turkey day. We ordered 4 Large pizzas: 2 extra cheese, 1 veggie no onion, 1 veggie w/onion, all pan crust. When I go to pick up, the pizzas were overcooked, dry, didn't have extra cheese & they were made so that the "crust" veered into the middle of the pizzas technically making them half pizzas. Why?! I asked for them to be remade. $60+ for dry, half pizzas is unacceptable. They were remade. The crust still cut into the pizzas. Good thing I don't live here. It would be tough to order from this location again.

On the twenty dollar box deal I throught the pizzas were round and the wings were small hard and overcooked I was not happy with thus deal

Placed my order at 10:15 tonight and arrived at 10:30 . The entire store is pitch black with no one inside but my order still went thru and they were scheduled to close at 11. So nobody’s able to cancel my order and I wasted a trip there

Oni ordered 12 wings bone-in lemon pepper. It was being delivered. So tell me why I received everything I ordered but not my 12 pc lemon pepper in-bone wings. Then I tried calling them to question them about it but no one answers. Please let me know something.

They never answer their phones at this location . I had called the whole drive there and even stood in their non-busy lobby while calling them . I had one person in front of me and the person who had the phone was just standing around. Not even working. I literally watched the employee that had the phone look at it and put it down . (3xs) This is extremely horrible service. I strongly recommend some type of supervision there and hope you all fix that problem.
