It seems to be the case they are closed, potentially permanently. The signage on the doors and at their window does not do a good job indicating this to customers as it is white paper with handwriting and you have to know to know to look for it.

I used to actually enjoy going to pjs as a first responder, but now I can barely catch them open. What’s going on? They must have new owners. Everytime I go it’s closed VERY DISAPPOINTING

If you're lucky enough to be able to catch them open (often the place is deserted hours before posted closing time), you'll have the pleasure of drinking burnt coffee that may or may not be made as requested.

Looked online to see was this location open. It says open. I went on July 20,2025 and it was a sign on the door saying they will be back at 1pm . I came to the store around 1:20pm and the doors were still locked and no one was there. I stayed for 20 more minutes and a worker never came out even after I blew . If you’re not gonna be back at a certain time please let the customers know you’re just closed .

I went to get coffee and danish. The service was absolutely awful. There was a conversation between myself and the boy working window. The conversation got heated and he spoke to me in a way that should have never happen. He should not be allowed to work there with his attitude. I will never go there again. I will tell all my coffee friends avoid going there due to the treatment of patrons.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but lately it feels like the quality has slipped. Almost every time I give it another chance, my order isn’t right or certain items aren’t available.

I usually go to Cups across the street and think their coffee is better but will come to PJs if I want breakfast. But lately this PJs is usually out of the majority of their food items. I went 3x over a 2 week span and they had no beignets, no chocolate or feta croissants, no breakfast sandwiches. Bummer!

If I could do a no star I would have. I placed an order at 6:30 because it said the store open on the app. When I got there at 6:40 the doors were locked. I have called the store more than 15 times to get a refund since I can’t leave work to even get it if they were to open. This place has honestly gone down here. I ordered $18 worth of drinks to never get them.

I love PJ’s Coffee, but I’m about to stop going due to the inconsistent hours of operation. I live nearby, and at least 5 times I’ve checked Google to verify they’re open only to show up and they’re closed. Today it says they close at 5:30. I show up at 3:30 and they’re closed. How can you successfully operate a business if customers don’t know when you’re going to be open? (When they’re actually open, it’s a very positive experience)

May or may not actually be open if anyone shows up on time. (Opens at 6, ghost town at 6:40. No sign or anything saying otherwise.) once, I ordered 2 coffees and this kid asked if we wanted some of the plastic pieces to keep them from spilling—handed me THIRTY-SIX OF THEM. Thirty six!!!!!!!!!! For two coffees 😂😂😂 (36). It’s like they have poor 11 year olds running the place. Coffees barely drinkable. This place is a nightmare 😂

The coffee would have been great if it had been what I ordered. I sent it back twice and it was wrong both times. Slow service, the cashier didn’t know the menu.

40 min to get four sandwiches and 4 cups of coffee. Food came out before the coffee did and it wasn’t a busy time of day. Super friendly, just not super productive

This place used to be good. I happened to need a cup of coffee and a small pastry for my baby without getting out of the car so I hit the drive through here. Coffee tastes like it came from a gas station and was at a ridiculous hot temp. I ordered a plain bagel at a ridiculous price because they said they were currently “baking” the other goods and I just needed something for the kiddo. The lady who took my order seemed very rude and like I was an inconvenience to her for even asking a question. I won’t be back.

Twice I’ve been overcharged in tip on card. I’ll not be lazy and just walk in anywhere else.
