This place is absolutely terrible. My sister, my wife, and I have been going to this PJs for about a year now. Each time we go it gets worse. Each time we hope it gets better because it’s so close to our house. On top of that we’ve had good experiences with other PJs. Today was the last straw for us. My sister and I ordered two coffees and when I get there, they tell me that they refunded my money because they were out of both. I understand being out of a product but not finding a way to notify your customer and allowing them to show up right before they have to be at work is absolutely ridiculous. It would be nice if they found a way to notify us within that 30 minute timeframe so we can at least pick something else up before we have to be at work. And the one thing that bugs me the most, is that there is no real reason to order online to through this place. They will not make your order until you get there and then they make you wait on everyone else when you’ve ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. What is the point in ordering online if I have to come in and wait for you to make it when I get there? The entire point of ordering online is to have it ready for when I get there so I can pick it up. It bugs me when you give me a timeframe and tell me it will be ready within 15 or 20 minutes and when I get there they haven’t even started on it. This isn’t one time this is every time we order online. Maybe I can understand if I order something online and I’m waiting to pay in the store( I’m not quite sure if you can even do that). Anyway, It should be done when I get there at the time that I am given. What makes It more infuriating, they remember all 3 of us and our names. But they still won’t make my coffee after I order it online until I get there, which is ridiculous. I like PJs, but this is the worst service I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Within 2 miles you have a Starbucks and a cups. Knowing your customers chose PJs over those 2 should make you feel good. But I’m telling you now, if you’re in Fondren, you’re better off going to the other two. Both of them have your order ready and waiting on you after you order it online. I will say this they will find a way to contact you if they don’t have something you ordered. I hate that I’m even defending Starbucks, but in this case, I have to give credit where it’s due. I like PJs so I’m hoping management can fix this issue with the online ordering because it’s absolutely pointless to order online right now. It’s been going on this way for a long time. I hope everyone else has better service than what I’ve experienced.

Lady at the drive through speaker sounded confused and could barely take our order and seemed out of it . we get to the drive through, sit there for ten minutes , someone comes to the window and has to retake our order . The guy I think he’s a manager he was helpful and apologetic. but it should not have taken this long. I think that lady needs some extra training.
Took around 20 minutes to get out of the drive through

this was my first time ever going here. i waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes after they told me they were out of EVERYTHING i asked for (beignet, bacon and cheese egg bites, cinnamon roll, blueberry scone) .. i wish was exaggerating. but once you’re in the line there’s no getting out. so i ordered a iced matcha which wasn’t even half full , so i asked if it was supposed to look like that and he said “we can add ice to make it more full” and then proceeded to ask if i wanted to leave a tip.

I'm normally pleased with PJ's so when I come to town, I like to go there for coffee and breakfast at least once. Yesterday, I placed an online order since I was tight on time and didn't have long to wait for an order. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:32am. I got there at 9:31am and waited at the pick up counter inside.
The 3 workers were all moving at a non-urgent pace. There were 2-3 cars in the drive thru when I got there, so I went inside to pick up my to go order, thinking it'd be quicker. When I was finally greeted, I was told "ok, we're starting your order right now" . I was shocked. Why place an online order if it's not going to be started until you get there?
While I waited for 1 chai tea and 2 hot breakfast items (which just needed to be warmed), 2 walk in customers came in. To my surprise, they both received their drink orders before I got my order ahead items.
I waited over 10 minutes for my order that said ready by 9:32am and watched no sense of urgency by the 3 workers.
Of course I had to be patient if I wanted my order but when you're in a hurry, it's frustrating. Especially for TWO new people to be helped before you as you're sitting waiting at the pickup counter.
I might just have to go to my usual Starbucks next time. As busy as they always are, they move with urgency and give the perception that they want to service customers at a high pace.

I always feel very comfortable! Not to mention, I got excited that they offered gluten-free brownies, but only sometimes.

It’s crazy that they don’t take cash and your pose to take everything cash or card and the workers are very rude
PJ’s coffee/Jackson Brew owner Jack Stanton is a myaoginist pig. Do not work for him if you care about your physical and mental health.I was attacked by 5 ummc painters on the job over a month ago and haven’t been able to get anyone to take me seriously. Not even ummc pd.This place is dangerous.

PJ’s coffee is far superior to Dunkin and Starbucks, and typically at least 25% less in price. All of their locations in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are outstanding. I travel the Gulf Coast for work and drink a ton of coffee. PJ’s is by far the best. Wish they would open a location in my hometown Gulf Breeze/ Pensacola Florida!
