We weren't asked if we wanted mild or spicy chicken when we ordered. We realized it later, so we made sure we told them our preference before we got our order. It took 18 minutes to receive our order after ordering, even though there was only one person ahead of us in line. We had ordered fries, and after receiving our order, we were told that there was no ketchup. Since ketchup is very important to have at a fast food place, they should have told us they were out when we ordered or had a sign up saying so.

It's a good thing I do not have food allergies as the sandwich was supposed to be classic but got spicy with extra sauce. No ice, no ketchup, no honey and stood in line for 10 min only to be asked what you want......

If you come to this location be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or longer. I had to wait 35 minutes for my order. They also forgot to give me my fries.
This Popeyes has the Worst staff and manager in the history of Popeyes. Who starts an argument over sauce. I'm disappointed in these people for real. I asked if I could get a 2 BBQ sauces for my son and was denied. They really got disrespectful over sauce that doesn't belong to them and doesn't come from their paychecks. I was told I needed to give back the sweet heat sauce to get the BBQ sauce REALLY. I WON'T BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Any other store would have gave the sauce without complications. Way to keep customers Popeyes. If you keep having people like those run your stores you're gonna be outta business

The review below it's about a previous visit. I went yesterday because I wanted to buy some food for the people that were helping me move I was overcharged $20 and did not realize it until I got home we were charged for the meal larger than what we got I ordered a 16-piece meal and got charged for 24 piece meal they ended up being $50. This morning myself and the three other people that I fed or vomiting and had diarrhea we all have food poisoning. So I'm just going to not go there. Because they're not going to rectify they're not going to even try to fix it they didn't try to fix it last time and last time they only gave me the wrong order
They ran out of coleslaw and didn't even tell us until we got home we didn't know that they had shoved two mashed potatoes in the bag . I called I called they did not offer to replace it fix it refund me any money or give me another meal absolutely nothing that was $23 that I feel like I wasted and the chicken wasn't spicy at all it tasted like churches.
