We were recommended Poppy Pies Pizza by a couple when we came into Jackson for their wedding, and I’m so glad we took their advice. We aren’t from around this neck of the woods, but honestly we might have to come back just for this pizza. We ordered The Captain on thin crust, which the lady at the register recommended, and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. The crust was perfect and the flavors were spot on. We also got to try a slice of our friends’ street corn pizza, and it was just as impressive. This place clearly knows how to make a pizza. If you’re anywhere near Jackson, it’s definitely worth stopping in. 🍕

Excellent, especially their big Sunday pies. If you’re into extra cheesy, saucy pizza like the big delivery brands… This may not be for you. However, if you love a smokey, crispy brick oven pizza… You’ll love Poppy Pies.

Everything was delicious ! And exceeded our expectations. We made the rookie mistake of splitting a pizza, that’s our only regret is not getting our own each! The hot popp & cheese sticks are a 10/10 ! The tiktok videos do not do it justice for how good it really is !

We went here for my birthday dinner. The owner Gray was so kind and helped us pick out the pizza we wanted. We got the HOT POPP and as a hot honey lover it was amazing!!! The cream cheese added a nice sweetness to the hot it was perfect we definitely left full 😄

I’m extremely picky when it comes to pizza. I’m from New York City, and I’ve had a very difficult time finding good pizza in Jackson. I have to say this place is the best I’ve had so far. They have good thin crust pizza with the right amount of cheese (not overloaded with cheese, which ruins it), and the sauce is a good flavor. Quality pizza spot.

I went on the recommendation of two friends. I was not disappointed. Omg the captain on Neapolitan crust is everything! It’s a little sweet and little salty and totally delicious. Thank goodness our book club is making this “our spot”

I had heard many good things about Poppy pies so I went and tried it myself. The captain - Delicious pizza! Savory, sweet and perfect for everybody. Burrata - It tasted amazing, but unfortunately the toppings were cold, which is why I took one star off. Definitely a place worth trying!

this my second time going and they always nice & patient and the food is sooo good! I have did two different pizzas and they all good, it is on the higher side but you can tell its because of the house made ingredients, high quality meat and fresh ingredients so idc ill pay it everytime!
