Well it's just lovely when they read to me what I'm suppose to get. I pay for it which was all I had to feed me and my kids get home and ive got someone else order which was only 4 tenders in it. I paid for 7. It's not hard to check the food making sure it's going to the right person. As the customer we shouldn't have to hold the line up and check our food. It's just sad. If I could to back up there I would but sadly I can't. It's not canes itself it's the people they have working there who just don't care. Guess I'm going hungry tonight and I hope whoever got my order doesn't waste it. Glad it's enough for my kids but damn. Why is the customers responsibility to hold the line up and make sure it's right? Rant over. Check your food causw they don't know how to apparently.

Consistently great chicken tenders. Snappy, efficient staff. They work down the drive thru lane quickly. That Cane's sauce is delicious! I eat there weekly.

I normally love going to raising canes the employees are normally very friendly fast and efficient. This visit at this location was the opposite experience the cashier didn't seem happy to be at work was kinda dry with taking our order. Than we pay and we get our receipt and he takes orders of other guest waiting in line. We'll 20 mins goes by he gives everyone there food and still has us waiting. Than asks us your order name Is Barbara I'm like yes that my wife, he trying finding it on the screen and seem as If someone erase it intentionally to have us wait last for our orders really felt some kind of way as if they had a problem serving us.

Came through the drive through one day it was raining real bad the girl at the window was very nice and told me to drive safe and have a nice night I was having a terrible day and that little nice gesture was all I needed thank you raising canes for the top notch customer service it may not mean much to a lot but it meant a lot to me I hope she has a wonderful day
