It definitely wasn't what I expected or used to. I was charged almost 2 dollars to add bacon 🥓 on one of my burgers 🍔 and it wasn't added. Also, the guy at the window customer service was subpar at the very least.

So, I just ordered and they didn't send the medium fries that came with the meal. Everything else was cold,dry,and even the cheese on the burger wasn't melted. I tried calling to report the issue but no one answered the phone. I won't order from here ever again.

The service was 100. The food was hot and cooked just right. The CRS was polite and routinely served our food in a timely manner. The thing was she was talking with a fellow employee the entire time that my order was in her hand. The food was great. Complaints to the cooks.

Great deals on their menu! We ordered the TPain for real deal meal, and it was worth every penny! I do wish the sodas were a little bit bigger for so much food. The food was fresh to order.
I still love their ice cream. I really like their T-Pain Deals and it was fresh as always. Nice young lady at the window. And it's my mom who is 93 favorite Place for fries.

I can say please if you are hungry never go to the rally’s on Woodrow Wilson staffs and manager outside on this Sunday June 30th drinking shots and listening too music meanwhile the line not moving at all I say in line literally 30 minutes I only ordered 2 chicken bite boxes every time I come here I’m waiting forever I hope this message id seen by someone who can actually do something about this …
