Went to Rally’s on Northside dr., the manager took my order and I made it to the window and Dt see anyone in there!! I sat there a couple seconds and looks out my rear view mirror and see’s the manager and two other employees picking up paper!! They proceeds to walk in the side door and she come straight to the window to get the money!! I’m like ok let me see if she washes her hand before she fix our ice cream!! No this lady walks to the ice cream machine to fix it!! I blow the horn to ask if she washed her hand!?!? I let her know I just watched her pick up paper!! This lady tells me “I’m not the only one working in here”!! Like WTH that means!! You working with food was your hands!! I asked for cooperate number she says with an attitude and say “We not owned by cooperate”!! ???
Food was not fresh, no customer service and wait time is too long for food not to be fresh.
