Horrible service young lady I believe she’s manager for night shift needs a new job she has the nastiest attitude try to rush customer which only makes it longer she need a desk jobs or some because obviously fast food is for here my order wasn’t right fast talking me while putting the wrong things down this was my favorite location year 2020 i just came back to Jackson, Ms 2024 and I wouldn’t eat here at night at all!!!! maybe only early mornings to get something to eat that’s how bad it is now

Everytime I go to this restaurant the system always down....
These people have horrible attitudes and have the audacity to be sitting outside smoking weed!I sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes and never heard anyone say anything so I pulled up to the window thinking the speaker was broken. I was quickly told, with plentyattitude, that she told me to hold on and that they were doing shift change (this was 8:18PM) and closed the window. The manager then stated I had to go back to the end of the line to order AFTER I already been waiting for over ten minutes! Ridiculous!
