False advertising. The board shows one thing, but the menu has another price and once you bring it to the attention of the manager he takes on an attitude and becomes really ugly with the customer. Well he lost two good customers.

Hayes was very rude!! I think he’s the owner! Instead of him apologizing after my order was made wrong, he was confrontational. Basically saying it’s my fault because the girls always write the order correctly. Obviously they didn't this time, because I asked for romaine instead of spinach and she read the order back to me. I’ve gotten salads here for over 15 years. Today was the very last time! The least he could’ve done was apologize and I still didn’t get that! I wasn’t expecting anything else (just wanted them to be aware, we all make mistakes) because I was back at work!! Just sad!!

Pretty good most of the time they always tend to get my extra dressings wrong for some reason and occasionally just do not read the ticket. Normally salads come with 2 automatically and I paid for 2 extra. Overall good salad

ROOM SERVICE: Is this Stephanie? Me: Speaking, how may I help you? RS: How much are you tipping? Me: Excuse me? RS: You chose delivery, so I’m trying to see how you will paying the driver? Me: He will be paid with cash. RS: And how much is that? Me: $16.50. I will be giving him 3 $20s! Do I need to just pay over the phone? RS: $16.50 for a tip? Me: Is that an issue, do you want my card info? RS: No ma’am. Enjoy your lunch when it arrives Stephanie.
An hour later. Food arrives early-tipped the driver-the lady is super happy, we come upstairs….Order is incorrect.

RS: Room Service. How may I help you? Me: Hi, my order was just delivered. I wrote in all CAPS no eggs and this salad has extra eggs. I also did not receive any dressing. RS: What’s the name & address Me: *gave info* RS: (hollers the info the lady-“Oh I read that but the salads are premade”) Me: What did she just say? RS: We can have someone bring you some dressing in about an hour or so but the salads are premade in the mornings! Me: When she called me about a tip, why didn’t she tell me that then? Can you send chips instead of dressing and I can just send the salad back. RS: No ma’am, I’m sorry, you have to keep what you ordered Me: I LOST IT AND ALL OF THE PROFESSIONALISM LEFT MY BODY!!

It's been years since I had been to Room Service. I had a chicken salad sandwich with added grapes and pecans. It was really good. Friendly service,no wait, nice clean atmosphere. Will be back again

We received our order and the food was amazing. However, we received a VERY RUDE call saying we under tipped the driver when their website CLEARLY STATES they give a 4% discount when we pay with cash. Now they are saying we only paid the driver a $4 tip for a hundred dollar order and that they will not deliver to us again! THAT'S PERFECTLY FINE AS WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

This is an amazing place. I always receive the best service and the food is Awesome. It is well worth the money and ingredients are always fresh. Worth a visit. It is more of a takeaway than sit down place, but most people are picking up lunch.

Food is always amazing and the portions are huge! I order from them atleast 3 times a week fast and friendly service! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! oh did I say I LOVE them! I usually get the cobb salad but Everything I have ordered has been amazing.... Oh and can we talk about that Pasta salad... Make to perfection! I just wish the chicken salad was bigger I would order that more often.
