I ordered my food early (before 9). I paid for the food ahead of time. Right before my expected delivery time I was called and informed there was a 10.00 delivery fee for my location. Why did it take that long to notify me when I had already spoken to an employee at 9?

Our order was sent to us on the wrong day. When we got the food on the wrong day, we had a new employee take the food and didn't know what the delivery was. Room Service made it right and delivered to us on the correct day. We were ordering on a specific day, due to employees being out on vacation. So we were so appreciative that they made it right for us.
