Food use to be really good years ago. Now I think they let stuff soak in the fryer for extended time. It’s all over fried junk now

I love coming here, I had the chicken tenders meal and they are huge, and come with tasty honey mustard sauce. They are puppy friendly, and have extra seating inside bldg corridor I guess u can call it lol; I sat out there so my dog wouldn't be disturbing everyone but he did well lol 😊. They're located in Fondren area and the only con is finding parking. You may have to swing block but I've always been able to park somewhere, there are other buildings with ample parking nearby as well so good luck!

We tried Rooster's/Basil's for the first time tonight at the recommendation of a family member. I'm so glad we did because it did NOT disappoint! Everything was made fresh to order and the customer service was the best I've experienced in awhile. We will definitely be eating there again and I highly recommend it!
