Hot and Fresh food! Steam coming out the plate Fresh! Customer service Five stars. Great parking space and very easy to find. Located just off the interstate. Service was fast (in and out). Most definitely will be back. Best Liver plate ever. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work guys.

I ordered the catfish and Philly cheesesteak..for the price I was expecting something okay, but I was shocked at how good everything was...im not even from this state , just doordashed something quick with no expectation. After this , this will definitely be my go to every time im out here

I had never been to Sam’s so I unknowingly went through the drive thru. I didn’t know it was only for pick up orders. The lady was so nice and still let me order. The Philly steak was so freaking good. Maybe the best one in the area. Maybe because of the way they wrap it but it held the heat. They have those crispy batter fries. I will go back to try something different.

I used to go to Sam all that time. I loved Sam’s I stopped going for awhile ,now I will never go back. Customer service was awful . Food was awful. Let me tell you about Mrs ma who ever she was . I ordered a Three piece tender meal and a Philly cheesesteak …. I get the food get to work in its Crabcakes so I called Instead of them Taking accountability sorry we missed up so tell me that’s what I asked for she heard me ask for that then blow in the phone like what I want she to do about like what ……old grease … experience just was awful all over…. I will never go back

I do not live in south Jackson but I was there working so I ordered a grilled fish salad. I was given a philly cheese steak and fries. Which is very disappointing considering the fact that I do not eat that. I called and for a refund since I will not be back in south Jackson any time soon and they kept insisting that I come back to swap it out. Never again!!! I will just contact my bank and inform them that I did not receive the salad. bad business!!!
