Rude , nasty , spoiled food never going back

My family and I go often . However , today was the absolute worst. The manager was beyond rude . Our food was not edible. He refused to let me reorder . I had to threaten to call the police because he wanted me to pay for food that we didn’t eat !!!!

Been to this restaurant in the past and it had pretty good food so I went again today with a friend for dinner. Food good to be sure. Hostess was a sweet as could be. Waiter? Not so much. He spent the entire time solely addressing my male friend, asking if everything was okay for HIM, if HE needed anything to the complete exclusion of me. Seriously. Never even looked at me. Friend noticed as well and was suitably embarrassed as he’s a white fella and I am not. Paid the check and asked to speak to the manager who was out, but to his credit promptly called back. Apologetic, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth like a greasy chimichanga. I won’t be back.

First time going to Santa Fe an it was very delightful. The guys were very friendly an respectful an gave me information on there menu an gave info on like private parties an food. It was very pleasant visit an the taco salad was delish! We will be coming back soon. This place has my 5⭐️

Ordered from grubhub. Got to the restaurant 30 minutes later. They said sorry we don’t do grubhub. The order went through and my money is deducted. There are two “order with grubhub” signs on the door at this restaurant as of 10/3/24. I asked to speak to a manager, he said the manager was on break and that he wouldn’t go get him. I said “did you still want to try to take my order?” He said “I mean I guess I can.” Worst recent experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Real decline in the last few months, needs new ownership.

I mainly went to learn how a particular drink was made and was not disappointed with that aspect; however, the "Boneless Chicken Wings" I was served did NOT get better with the alcohol I consumed. It reminded me of cheap Tyson chicken nuggets reheated overnight smothered with sweet barbecue sauce.

Worst experience ever The food was not made as advertised the margaritas were over sugared and no liquor in it I order salmon and shrimp and the salmon was pose to have an cream sauce but did not and they only give you five shrimps and over charge me for an side of broccoli will not be going back.
