I went to get myself and my daughter some of their potato soup as we are both sick but when I got home, it was so thin and watery. The potatoes were not cooked long enough either. I don’t know who made the soup this time but it was not good.

My family and I frequent this location often. It was one of our favorite spots. I had placed a catering order a week ago and called on the day of just to confirm that they had it and it would be ready and the manager could not have been ruder! He told me that they did indeed have my order, but he couldn’t foresee the future and promise me it would be ready. As I continued to ask him what exactly he meant, and if my order would be ready, he raised his voice and spoke to me very disrespectfully! He then proceeded to hang up in my face.. I canceled my order and made it with the friendly people at the Madison Schlotzsky’s location. They missed out on a $300 order and my family’s business in the future.
