Smoothie king has great smoothies bowls and now they are moving into a little bit of food with toasts and supplements. Meaning like avocado toast hazelnut toast and peanut butter toast. The service is generally good. The atmosphere is nice also. Prices are acceptable.

Maybe it’s just a Jackson thing but why do all the stores just close 10/15 minutes before the posted time. It’s getting pretty ridiculous. I’ll add smoothie king to the list of stores with lazy workers who can’t keep the store open until it’s suppose to be. I suggest you change your hours to close at 8:45 since that is when the doors gets locked. It’s pretty bad to have your customers waste time and gas driving to the store to find it was not open even though it should be. Better suggestion would be to tell your employees to follow the damn store policies and stop being so lazy. I watched the worker walk out the store and get in her car to leave and it wasn’t even 9 yet. Still suppose to be open and worker already going home.

poor customer service. employee states that it is 'impossible' to provide cocoa nibs on my smoothie. i ask to pay -impossible. these have always been provided complimentary and this response is a first. also requested light peanut butter which they interpreted as extra. too thick to pull into straw!

I walked in and got a smoothie that took less than 2 minutes to make. I was given my total and tapped my card. No option for tip was offered. When I got to my car I looked at my receipt and saw a 20 percent was added without my permission. I would have given tip gladly but not even asking and just automatically adding is bad business. I won't be back.
